What's Luke's problem?

I really disliked him in this episode, He says Mike has to earn place in the group when he saved Clem or Bonnie's life, fucks Jane when he supposed to keep a look out for zombies, doesn't give a shit that his best friend died, gets angry over Jane leaving, and shouts at Kenny cause he wants to hold the baby when Rebecca fell down twice. Luke I still like you, but you to get your shit together

    Well Rick hasn't screwed in ages either, because he had to lead the group.
