About the...(related to Amid the Ruins)
About the baby-Rebecca's son. Has anybody wondered how they're going to feed him after Rebecca died both before(hypothetically) and after "Amid the Ruins" came out? I mean yes they could find formula here or there but that's only for so long...

Maybelle will come to the rescue
Bonnie could breast feed him if she has too.
That would require her to... you know, be pregnant or recently have had a baby herself.
This topic is cringeworthy
Women can't just breastfeed babies they would have to have been recently pregnant.
Something tells me we're gonna have to find formula in the episode.
How so? Is it not a valid question to ask? Bec's dead which means no breast milk for the baby, and formula's going to be hard to come across.
Some women (and animals) can lactate and not have had a baby. Some females are just really maternal so the hormones related to lactation kick in when they're around infants and they're the primary caretaker. I don't see Bonnie being that type, though.
Due to Rebecca's state after the birth, not likely she would have been able to produce milk so they'd have to resort to something else.
If I recall, there's a mention when you're deciding to leave in the morning or wait a few days before heading out that they talk about there being a few cans of baby formula, but giving a baby expired baby formula ... that's asking for the kid to have issues. Even if the formula was fine, it'd eventually run out. Granted, before baby formula, if a mother couldn't (or wouldn't) breastfeed, the baby got fed water and mashed food. There's a reason why babies often died young back then. They died of malnutrition because people didn't realize a baby needed a specialized diet. Only other option is a wet nurse, but what's the chance of that? Christa was the next best option but she had her baby 2 years prior and is now MIA so even if she was around, she wouldn't be that useful.
Begs the question where they got the baby formula, though. You never see them do a run to get it and I doubt a gift shop at a Civil War would conveniently carry it. Only place they could have gotten it was from Carver.
Because I honestly think the baby is going to die and this topic reminds me that the baby will most likely die
