Who else wants Jane to return?
Jane was by far my favorite member of the group. Throughout this Episode 4 I literally did everything she told me to, just to get on her good side. She was tough and brutally honest, which are two things a rare amount of members in the group possess. Then, just like Molly in Season 1, she just fucking disappears. I realize "that's the kind of person she is", but what the hell. Most of the other members of the group are either annoying or assholes at this point. It's just my opinion, so don't hate me too much, but does anybody else wish Jane would come back in Episode 5, or just never left in the first place?

i do.
I want her to come back too. She was becoming one of my favorite characters then just left. That really pisses me off because Telltale took like half the episode to develop her then she just left.
Jane was awesome. More awesome than ninja Molly. Wish Clem ran away with her TBH.
She'll come back to save us.
I really hate when people like Jane or Lily leaves the group. This are the people that can keep you safe! Does anybody knows what happen if you choose to ask her to join her?
I just cant stop thinking that jane is molly
Seriously, I view them as the same character. Literally.
I kinda hate how they made out Molly and Jane to be almost the exact same people.
They both join the group for means of escape from Savannah and the store respectively.
Both survivalist loners after failing to protect their respective sisters
They both leave the group soon afterwards when they realize they think the group is falling apart.
I hope Luke & Bonnie both get shot and die and we start a new story line with Kenny and Mike. 1st thing we'll do is find Jane then Molly. That group would be unstoppable!
She tells you something along the lines of "That's not how it works" since she is leaving to get away from you. I tried for hours to get her to stay, but there is nothing you can do.
That's what I was thinking too
Jane is the only respectable mentor Clementine could have. I like her character which is in my honest opinion the best characterization in the entire season.
They practically are.
Not Bonnie. I ship Bonnie and Mike.
Yeah and she will come back with Lukes baby
She'll come back for more THRUST.
I think Clem will soon relise she is in the matrix.
I want Jane and Molly to return, and both make sweet love to each other.
....but that's just me :>
what did I just read...
I think they should pull a Doug/Carley at the end of episode 5 for Jane/Molly. Think about it, Telltale would have to record the lines twice, but they'd only have to write them once because Jane and Molly are essentially the same!
I too did everything I could to get on Jane's good side, trying to impress her so she would take me with her and even asked if I could go with her. I was disappointed when she told Clem no but at least Clem learned from her. I'm kinda mixed if I want Jane to return in Episode 5. On one hand it may be an opportunity to go with her later. (I do NOT want Clem to have to take care of the baby) On the other hand I still don't want to leave Kenny.. That baby is what brought him back. He is a family man, his whole reason for surviving was to protect his family and when they were lost, he became lost. Now he has a reason to go on.
Teh best Walking Ded idea evar!!! :O
I loved jane... I hope she will come back...
I thought Jane was great (sans sexing Luke at a terrible time) and wish she hadn't left. They actually gave her S1 levels of characterization in the episode, and I liked the rapport she had with Clementine. She also actually took the time to impart some valuable knowledge to us and was a big influence on my Clementine. I honestly would've bailed on the group and left with her if I could've.
I want jane back, even if she is kinda molly vol 2.
Tbh i kinda think shell be back, at least i hope so. at least that would make her slightly different from molly, lol
Anyone else pissed at Molly and Jane for ditching the group when needed most? I mean it's not like they left at the worst moment, but right when an awesome female character leaves, shit goes down... The sad truth is, as much as I like both characters, they're cowards... In a sense. Yeah they stick around for awhile and really help out when needed, but if you just end up ditching everyone because you don't want them to get you killed, or you don't want to watch them die is bull. The former means you're only looking out for yourself, and the latter is bull because you don't leave friends behind and you don't give up, that's how we survive, that's how we all keep hope alive. As long as there's still one person standing and offering their hand; hope won't die. Jane gave up on her sister, and that was wrong. It doesn't matter if you had to force her through a million days. You don't leave someone you care about behind. Especially not your sibling. You make them believe, you force hope back into them. Giving up should never be supported. Giving up is never the answer. The latter only really applies to Jane. The former is more like Molly. She saw how the group was, thought about it, then eventually left because she didn't want to be brought down. Had she stayed around she would have made the group stronger... And maybe some people wouldn't have died. I hope they do a season 3 after this. I hope Clem meets Jane and Molly somewhere in the future. And I hope Clem gives them hell for leaving. Also not too sure about shooting Rebecca at the end... I kind of just reacted. What happens if you call for help, or do nothing? Also I hope they do more with the 400 Days characters. I'd like to see them in future DLC, or another season. I gotta say though, this game is such a sad emotional roller coaster I would't mind a happy ending to this season... Or maybe just not as tear inducing as the end of season 1. These games are awesome, but... It brings you down.
To be fair, it's implied Molly actually went because Kenny went on about how "only five people can fit on the boat", and she realized that it would be best if she left so the group wouldn't have to fight over who to leave.
I.. don't really want Jane to come back? I'm not a fan to be honest. I'd prefer if Molly came back instead of her.
Who took the nail file? I should have.
I guess...
I didn't want her to leave, damn, a part of me wants this to happen: Jane is walking in a city, suddenly she sees someone, lurking in the shadows, aproaching her, she turns and a masked girl wearing an orange hoddie is going to attack her, Jane uses double team (jk) but avoids her, and then they stop fighting, hell yeah it's Molly! Then she apologizes because she thought she was a walker, they talk and in some point of the conversation they mention Clementine and they are like: you know her?! Some time later Clem and her group are surrounded by walkers, and when they think it's gonna be the end, Jane comes breaking walker legs and molly killing them with Hilda, that would be an amazing return.
But she didn't have to just sneak away.
I felt more emotional of her departure than I did molly but I like molly more though. I felt she was more of a tortured soul than molly and that's why she left cuz of what happened to sarah and she was getting attached to clem and she couldn't bear that given that she sees the world in a very dark way, and can you really blame her?? she mostly right.
I don't really want her to come back for a few reasons.
1. Sarah isn't like her sister. Sarah WANTED to live. She still would've had a chance, if Jane didn't keep doubting her. God.
2. She left after robbing Arvo. I mean, it probably wasn't intentional, but I'm pretty sure she realized Arvo was coming back with his friends.
3. She distracted Luke. I mean. Fuck all you want. But if you say you're going to do an important task, such as keeping a look-out, don't go off and get distracted.
I don't think Jane left permanently for all we know she might of have had a feeling about Arvo setting them up and instead decided to hide like luke did in episode 2 and wait. Another thing is she might be the one that brings the 400 Days crew to you. She probably meets up with them and tells them your plan to head to Wellington and she decides to lead them.
It feels like as strong as those two are... They're running away from everything.
Last season at this exact same time there was a "who wants Molly back" thread too. Guess what, TT determinant characters might as well be dead. Since Jane jumped on the determinant train I highly doubt we'll see her again.
It's a shame, she could've a real mentor for Clem.
She isn't determinant bro she never dies like molly did.
