Molly from season 1, where Dafuq is she, all I remember from season 1 of her, is her leaving on her own like, whatever lol. Is she alive or dead.

We don't know if she's alive or dead. We don't cross paths after she takes her leave in season one.
What about Glenn, I wanna hear if he is hopefully still alive too.
It's the same case with Glenn. He went off to Atlanta to go find his friends and we don't see him again.
Yeah Glenn theoretically goes off to join the characters in the tv show so it's unlikely we'll see him again unless there's a crossover.
She gained 200 pounds and is now starring on a CBS show
She got plastic surgery and changed her name to Jane <_<
Should of made Jane the diabetic sister of Molly. Oh well.
She got a haircut.
