I didn't steal the meds from Arvo and I still got accused of stealing. It confused me for a sec, but then I realized he meant the gun that Jane took from him.
Yeah, I wanted to not steal, but I felt as I would get the same ending. Omg.... I just realized, his "sick sister" might be Christa. Wait is she even Russian? I don't know, but why would he shoot Clem's crew just for a lousy gun.
I don't think Christa's related to him. Different skin color, facial structure, accent, et cetera. Anyway, at least in my game, he didn't want to shoot us. He just said that they were robbing us, and I'm pretty sure he was defending us when he realized we had a baby.
To me, it didn't seem like the Russians wanted to shoot Clem's crew. They just wanted to rob them but then when Rebecca gets put down it all spirals out of control. If it weren't for the gunshot, I think they were all about to settle down. Your encounter might've been more hostile since Clem stole the meds, but that's how it played out for me.

I saw someone post a theory that a bunch of zombies where coming, which might of been caused by Rebecca's gun noise attraction. You didn't really hear anyone scream or anything, so maybe they just shot zombies behind them... or they could've took the noise as a signal to shoot, which is stupid, but more probable.
It's the same ending, except for a few minor dialogue changes

Well, since he said, "you'll be sorry" that means he probably dislikes Clem and Jane's actions (a.k.a., a threat), but if you didn't steal he doesn't really threaten them and probably doesn't shoot them, since he doesn't seem like that guy to do so. I'm probably wrong.
That's a fair point. I know if I were Arvo and they didn't steal from me I wouldn't shoot them. But at the end of the episode Arvo's group ends up shooting anyway. I am really nervous about how the standoff between Clem's group and Arvo's group will pan out
