Sarah RANT

edited July 2014 in The Walking Dead

When Sarah falls of the thing why the heck doesn't anyone of them put her out of her misery when the walkers where devouring her? They all have guns for starters with ammo and where happy to shoot early on.Also why didn't anyone else come down to help and just stand with no emotion or reaction they only shot the walkers out of the way twice? If they saw the walkers where coming to Sarah why didn't they shoot?Or at least when Sarah was eaten alive put her out of her misery?
The only reactions to her death was Clemetines.

Also something off topic of episode 4 but still relates to Sarah.I noticed alot of people saying Sarah was an "anoyying b***","she acts like a 3 year old why doesn't she understand what's going on" etc..
I'm really disappointed by how people treat people with mental disorders or just people in general that are "liability's". Obviously Sarah suffered from one.I just want to make one point.People with mental disorders cant suddenly be cured,it can take months, years if it was in real life. She would need medicine or possibly counselling if she was suffering an anxiety disorder if those resources where available. She cant just "snap out" of it.It isn't her fault either for having one,and it doesn't define who she is.When you first meet her she will try to be friendly and thoughtful despite the fact your a complete stranger. However, she is clingy and wants to become friends with you straight away I admit. But I think that makes sense if you have been sheltered for over a year, not being able to make friends with the adults. But then suddenly someone similar to your age appears. You may of course be clingy as a result or too enthusiastic.Basically everyone has there faults.

Okay I'm done with my rant but I just wanted to get my points across to others.

  • Well these people have been struggling in the apocalypse for a long ass time, so they don't really have that much patience for liabilities. You're either useful, or you're not. I really blame Carlos for how Sarah is. Sheltering her from the outside, not even giving her a glimpse of what reality is like nowadays. Piss poor send off for her IMO. But in all honesty, I didn't really like Sarah all that much either. Sorry.

  • It looked like it would be a really difficult shot from that angle, the walkers were over her if I remember. Not sure though.

  • I can't really type much because I'm on my phone, but I made a thread talking about how we could have easily saved her.

  • They could still shoot her from the angle she was from.Especially Jane as she was right next to her as she was being eaten yet she ran away.Jane had a clear shot.
