You know what I don't get?

They could've budgeted some of the Episode to give Nick some scenes. Let him live. Give him a few lines.Maybe his shoulder wound got infected, and gives you an incentive to steal from Arvo more.
Then if he lived, have him die in Episode 5's shootout.
Don't quite get why he had to die so early when there was a better way for him to go out I think.

Let's just face it, guys. Telltale can't do everything, and there will ALWAYS be things they could have done better. They're not perfect, and they only have about two months of time to make an episode.
IDK about everyone else, but I'd be willing to wait longer if it meant we could get a better quality episode 5.
Of course, he shouldn't have to die at all. There should actually be real determinant characters, and not just characters that we can save now only to die later.
I'm just saying he had potential that tied directly into the episode's sense of hopelessness initially.
(Incoming dumb opinion)
Also a tiny part of me would've thought it would be interesting if Nick died saving Sarah when the deck fell.
One determinant saving another. That would've been absolutely incredible.
Love that idea. And then Sarah could have died in the shootout, if she must die.
Same here. I wouldn't mind waiting 3 months or maybe even 4. But Telltale will finish up the game before summer ends, so that only gives them about 2 months of development time, unless they've already been working on it before episode 4 released.
