She could easily have got to the train area (perhaps trying to find the group so she can apologise having cleared her head), found the rv and fixed it.
If Kenny can survive that alley, Lilly can sure as hell find the rv.

that was alway my theory that lilly just followed the same road and eventually found the RV left at the train tracks, so both choices turned out the same for lilly, i'm not saying i think it is the same RV, but i think lilly always finds the RV no matter that your choices were
And what if she didn't steal the RV and you left her behind

russell walked all the way down that road and survived, i don't see why lilly couldn't have walked the same way the group went and caught up to the RV at the train tracks

Well they're free to use Lilly's character now since she got separated from Lilly in the comics.
They originally got rid of her no matter what because she was supposed to be the same comic Lilly. But Kirkman ended up wanting to distinguish the Lillies.
I wouldn't be surprised if she showed up at Wellington. It would kind of be a nice closure for Kenny's character. I think after so much time they'd come to forgive each other, especially now that Clem and Kenny have lost all their family as well.
The RV being there in the north on the path to Wellington could be subtle foreshadowing by Telltale that she was on her way to Wellington as well these past 2 apocalypse years. Telltale likes foreshadowing.
I don't buy it. Being lazy is one thing; dropping an instantly recognizable prop from season 1 into a shot where it's impossible not to see it is another. Telltale couldn't have possibly left that RV in plain view and NOT expect some kind of reaction.
people go on and on about reusing models, but hey, you can see the Stranger's station wagon outside the Marsh house as you walk in and that sure as heck wasnt an accident

Yes Lily has a short hair cut now, and Clem noticed her. Episode 4 had multiple parts and secretes. That's why it the penultimate episode.
