They'd be dumb not to do a season 3. Considering walking dead is one of their most successful games and pushed them into "mainstream" success so to speak

Yeah i agree they will need to give it a break while they work on and release Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands, but if they announce any future walking dead projects it will give us something to look forward too.
Well, they could announce season 3 but reassured us that they'll focus on TftB and GoT first. It make sense because even if they announce season 3 I doubt that it'll be released before late 2015 or early 2016.

Hmm, this is pretty out-of-the-ordinary for Telltale in terms of timing an announcement. Then again, Walking Dead has led to a lot of out-of-the-ordinary situations for Telltale (first Season to get DLC, quickest announcement of second Season, etc).
If I had to predict anything, I'd guess it will be a DLC episode announcement alongside some discussion of that Walking Dead pinball table that Zen is creating. I'd normally guess that another possibility would be a very vague Season 3 announcement (in line with the Season 2 announcement we got around Episode 102's release), but at this point, Telltale seems to have a lot on their plate so even a vague/early Season 3 announcement seems unlikely.
Honestly, as good as Walking Dead is, I'd be fine with some other titles for a while. More variety and originality is always nice. For comparison, people were normally hesitant about Wolf Among Us, but people now regard that game in high esteem alongside Walking Dead, so I hope to see the same happen with other future titles from Telltale.

Hopefully it's a confirmation of a Season 3. That would be some of the best news I've heard in a while.
Season two was announced before season one was over, so it's not totally illogical to expect a season three announcement.
