I really liked Rebecca and Alvin's relationship and also Mike and Bonnie (somewhat) flirting in Episode four.

Nothing will ever beat Kenny/The boat.
Also, a few of those never actually became couples or haven't yet like Lee and Carley, and Mike and Bonnie. But I guess if those we wish for count alongside canonical ones, then I have to say I like Mike/Bonnie, Lee/Lilly, Walter/Matthew, and Chuck/The bottle of whiskey.

Rebecca & Alvin, Christa & Omid were probs my fave.
You also forgot the: Kenny and Rebecca. When the baby was coming, Kenny was very helpful, and when the baby was born he's acting like it's his baby.
You also forgot a couple from the 400 days where Bonnie killed the woman, they were a couple.

Either Mike and Bonnie or Omid and Christa. Both pairs really seem to get along well, and I think both of them would be great caretakers for Clementine (Omid and Christa were great caretakers.)
