I think we will see when we finish ep5. Unless they want to start a completely new storyline there are not so many characterts that could take the role now. I would say Bonnie, Kenny, Luke or maybe Jane. Mike is way too similar to Lee. I wouldn't mind continuing as Clem as well.
If Clem is alive at the end of the season there will be 90% chance that S3 will feature her as the main character, now we just have to cross our fingers!

It's funny cuz 4 days after episode 4 is released we get news about season 3, 19 days after the release of the finale episode of TWAU, they … morestill don't have news about season 2...Well it's not actually funny, cuz I like TWAU and I would really love for TTG to make season 2 and it kinda sucks for TWAU fans, but I like TWD much more though and I'm very happy, although we won't see season 3 any time soon...that kinda sucks too, but I'm sure there'll be TWAU season 2 too.

YES! That awesometacular emotional game series continues. Words cannot describe my happiness... I hope THIS TIME they're not going to work 4 games at once. Seeing how things turned out I think there will be Season 4 too. Hey, one can hope. I hope they're not gonna do multiple seasons just for milking the franchise. But we're talking about Telltale here so I trust them. I want Clementine as a playable character in Season 3. But... sigh It's still not the same without Lee

Yeah. Believe me the wait is painful and hard but it's absolutely worth it. I mean if season 3 will be as good as season 1 and 2 combine then it'll be definitely awesome.
I made a similar comment an another thread, i really enjoy playing as Clementine as it makes a nice change playing as a child character who isn't cheesy or annoying, has a great back story and is someone who is physically weaker and smaller than the adults and relies on others for help but who can also defend herself if the needs to. Most other games you play as a almost unstoppable male protagonist protecting a female which gets repetitive for me sometimes.
