Okay, not to be weird, but I'm still wondering about this
...So, did Clementine actually understand what was happening when Luke and Jane got busted? Was it like, "Were you doing what I think you were doing?" or more like, "What were you doing?" Do the dialogue options differ? I only picked, "Luke?" and based on that one, it sort of sounded like she comprehended and was wanting him to tell her it wasn't what it looked like.
On a similar note, do you think Christa already educated her on the matter? That'd be a real awkward conversation to have if she didn't, and Clem ends up stuck with a guy having to explain it to her. Not to mention when Clem hits puberty...yeah.

Maybe I was too busy being irritated it happened to watch her features. I couldn't quite tell if it was confusion or mild disgust.
I've been wondering the same thing, and I have no idea.
The game answers it for you. Clementine has been around 3 pregnant females Christa, Rebecca, and Maybelle (the cow from episode 2). Plus she's been around people in relationships that even an idiot could figure out how babies are made from that and she's a smart cookie. I mean if she didn't get it before season 2 started she knows now thanks to Rebecca's Carver situation.
That also makes me wonder: did she know what Christa and Omid were doing in the bathroom in the start of episode 1?

That is true. Clem has had ample opportunity to pick things up through circumstance, and I guess no one really displays a need to shield her from the Rebecca situation or Luke going off about Jane later, so I'd say I agree with you. With all of the necessary emphasis on survival, I just sometimes wonder how the normal, growing up type of stuff we don't explicitly get to see happens for Clem.
That one seemed like it went right over her head, imo. Although, I doubt it was the first time they'd done something similar, so maybe not.

Yeah, definitely the way that she has the chance to ask Rebecca "So whose baby is it?" means that she knows, at least vaguely, how children are made.
