Is that Wellington?

I was thinking...maybe that city on the other side of the treeline IS Wellington. Now I know Kenny said it was up near Michigan, but I mean how would word have spread during the middle of the apocalypse? The message of where the city was may have been garbled when they passed it on. I just don't feel like they can get to Wellington and have a decent plotline there all within the span of one episode. Or maybe they'll just never get to Wellington idk. What do you guys think?

  • Bump. no one?

  • Well considering the slight bump on the road that is Russians with guns, I'd say there are more pressing issues than Wellington.

To be honest when Kenny started talking about Wellington, I had no idea what he was on about. I think I must've forgotten something from earlier (which if it was somehow Kenny's thing, is quite likely). Was it on some radio broadcast or something?

Christa said it had been rumoured Wellington was the best place for survivors due to the cold weather slowing the walkers down. It's no suprise to hear Kenny might of heard the same thing.

  • Vernon is to blame... He stole the boat!!! But Kenny knew there was a boat around! The plan of Kenny can work!

ahh come on don't be like that.

checking the barn in episode 2 worked. Planning on fixing the RV worked on saving their lives from the bandits. The train worked, even getting the boat worked.

  • I believe its Wellington, I thought it was as i looked at the episode 5 picture and the church looks as if it is in the picture so it could be we'll have to find out in episode 5 :)

  • Wellington in the north of Ohio.

  • This. Christa said to Clem that they should/would go to Wellington. I think it's a high chance of seeing Christa again.

  • That would be in Michigan. :D

Wellington in the north of Ohio.

  • IIRC, Kenny said that it was NEAR Michigan, not in Michigan, so the one in Ohio is the most likely one.

    That would be in Michigan.

  • Wellington is said to be a camp not a town near the Ohio-Michigan border. So no, probably not.

  • Because Indiana doesn't exist, right? lol, but yeah I believe he said specifically about Ohio.

  • No such thing as Wellington, Indiana. :/

  • Because fiction needs to use locations based on real world locations. =p

  • Duh. You think Hogwarts isn't a real place? Think again! ;)

  • Ah, well. My bad. It's kind of weird that he says that since there is a Wellington in the very northern top of Michigan so why not just say the Wellington in Ohio? That's just bound to cause confusion.

Don't tell me that TTG is going to have the group arrive at Wellington only to have it turn out to be the wrong Wellington? Flip your desk moment right there.

  • Nobody likes Indiana

  • Well, TWD has stuck with real-life locations and analogues to real-life places.

Because fiction needs to use locations based on real world locations. =p
