Being an adult is boring, and if it's a adult then I wouldn't be as interested and it'd be boring. being a kid is more fun and better. And if clementine were to be a NPC, they would most likely kill her off.

She hasn't actually pushed any zombies. I know it sounds like I'm getting technical here but it's not. She's mostly dodging these things or finding some other way to keep them from getting on her. The moment a zombie does grab her, it's a game over or she's miraculously saved. The only time this has been a thing was when one fell on her, but she only had to keep it from biting her. It wasn't using its arms to get closer, just leaning in and using its weight, for all the good that could ever do for a live person trying to bite a kid.
As for the door, it's really not that hard to kick in a door that's already been worn in. We can easily chalk that up to the zombies already having done a number on it.
I want an adult protagonist for s3, there's too many probs with Clem being the protagonist, that's one reason why season 2 is lamer than sea… moreson 1.
One thing I find ridiculous is her amazing 'super powers', she can push walkers away like they were empty paper bags and break doors in with a only 2 kicks. I mean, seriously, it took more than 3 times to Mike break door in with his whole body!

A old trailer door isn't strong at all when i was 10 i kicked mine off it's hinge got my ass beaten for it so clem kicking in a door like that is easy because her legs are even stronger then mine were she was walking and running for 16 months that's one hell of a way to workout i doubt you can do that

Clem is a good character, but TBH, i find clem kind of lacking as a protagonist. Lee Everett was (IMO) one of the best protagonists in video game history, and its just too difficult to carry his weight around with these characters. I think TTG should just freshen it up and start new. I doenst mean clem has to die, but i think TTG should move on from her after this season. They kinda dropped the ball with her development.

Clementine feels more robotic to me this season then she did last season, she doesn't feel connected to anyone. If Kenny died next episode i doubt we are going to have that tear fest ending, like we did with Lee. It will probably be a frown, accompanied with sad music, and that's it.
Clementine should be the next protagonist or at least be the companion in Season 3 since as you say, all that time progressing Clementine thhrough the world and developing the skills she has would just go to waste and there wouldn't be any point what so ever.

I have to agree with this post. After being on a major journey with Clem from day one! it would feel like a complete waste of time: all the decision making, who she should stick with to be safe and working on close relationships would feel like a waste...

I dont see how that would be sloppy writing at all. I dont want to know how she undertakes situations. I want to know what happened to her. They could start from where Omid got shot and we could see what they went through during the time skip up until she gets attacked and vanishes. We can confirm she's dead or maybe she gets reunited with Clem.

It doesn't matter who the protagonist is, TWDG has had its day now. Season One was something special but a change of writers has fucked things up big time as the whole story is so aimless and shallow, plus there are a lot of other things that are way below the standards set by the first season.
We don't want clem as the protagonist. It has seriously hurt the storytelling when you shoehorn the protagonist to be a child. Also they won't make her an adult because time jumps haven't been ok'd by the creator of TWD.

Clem hasn't developed all that much yet and them killing her off would be bad at this point and just ignoring her as a protagonist in the next season would be bad storytelling. Also, like in the TV show, and with most horror/drama shows, her showing less emotion this season makes sense. Like what Vernon said in season 1, after a while you kinda get numb to death depending on what kind of person you are(He was a POS so he got numb pretty quick), not to mention a child's mind is more malleable and easily influenced, so it of course after two years Clem would be desensitized to a lot of things.
Now if next season they had Clem as a young adult, say between 13 and 18, and gave her an apprentice like she was with Lee, then it wouldn't so bad writing her off or whatever because we'd have someone else we are emotionally invested in. I didn't say kill Clementine, i said replace her as main protagonist, She just isn't working as the main protagonist. She doesn't act like she cares about anyone. When Sarah died , she didn't care, same with Nick. Other than some sad music, their deaths were a let down. They need to revisit the Lee/Clementine Relationship duo dynamic, let the player play as a older person, who takes care of Clementine.
If they decide to kill Clementine off, it wouldn't be the end of the world, she could end up dying next episode.
