Eddie and Nate gone forever?
So we're probably never ever going to see these two characters on the game again, with only one episode of the season to go and with 400 days still having very little impact on season two I can't see how they'll ever be included now. 
A real shame, I really thought they were really interesting and I'd rather of had them come in instead of some random group of Russians who don't even speak English, well except for one. Such a waste.

I agree, but not just with Eddie and Nate. I wish all the 400 Days characters, not just Bonnie, had a greater impact in Season 2.

Not with Nick Breckon writing episode 5 as he's the one who wrote 400 days.
I still can't see them being included. They just don't have a place in the story.
We don't know Nick's intelligence but I'm sure he will involve them in a way.

Maybe the 400 days characters who didn't leave with Tavia will make cameos in Episode 5? Along with Nate?

Yeah. Honestly, even Roman (dead guy by the river) had a greater impact on the story than those other characters did.

All of the 40 Days characters should be in the next episode. I just thought of a random theory that probably isn't going to happen, but what if only you, Bonnie, and the baby survive, then you come across Eddie and the 400 Days characters who stayed behind. Then you come across the 400 Days characters who went with Tavia, who fled Carver's camp during the herd attack. Then you fight Nate or something. I don't know. It probably won't happen, but it would be cool.
Maybe Clem's group becomes prisoners of those Russians at the end of episode 4? maybe Eddie is in that group with the survivors that didn't go with Tavia... just an idea.
There is a Truck in one of the Achievements. it could be nates(hopefully...)truck. Maybe they met each other the same way how russel and nate first met.

I just wish I didn't have to wait until S3 for them to be relevant...
I seriously doubt that Nate would be good to Clem and offer her a ride unless he had some sort of erm evil twisted intentions with her.
