Well, at the time episode three was released, Lily was supposedly the same one from the comics/novel, but later Kirkman said they are two different persons.
This leads me to believe she could be alive and we might see her again. Still, I wouldn't count on it, especially this season.
idk, she was supposed to be the one in the comics but then they changed that so, If we do see her Again it won't be any time soon...
I Think She Might SHow Up In Season 3! Like A Cameo Or Something! Maybe She Might Even Have Her Own Story In The Season 3 400 Days.

Lilly worked at the Air Force Base.... but little do we know she was actually a Russian spy who infiltrated that base. She survived being abandoned (or stealing the RV), met up with other Russians, and is now the leader of the group that has surrounded us at the end of ep4; who will take us back to their camp.
I'm not really anticipating Telltale to do this, but I suspect she might still be out there somewhere.
In a gaming universe such as this one, I think we've learnt to separate "dead" from "lost to the herd" for lack of a more relevant phrase...

The fact that her RV is in episode four bodes well for a return in my opinion.
Lilly wasn't even lost to the herd, her situation was hardly life threatening regardless of how she leaves.
I'm just assuming because with Kenny returning this season and Christa probably coming back in episode 5 Lilly's return would feel rushed.next episode, and the RV is just a placeholder, not to be taken as the actual one...
I suppose I need to emphasize that I didn't mean that she literally was lost to the herd, I was more using it as a phrase to highlight different types of character exits.
Telltale can do what they want with the character, part of the whole point about TWD is that it's supposed to be UNpredictable.
I wasn't aware of the fact that the rv was a placeholder, did puzzle box state that? Or someone on twitter?
If so I'll understand but be a bit disappointed. If not I have to question why you keep stating your opinions as if they were facts!
One someone on Twitter did say that the RV didn't mean anything and Two, Lilly isn't the most important thing for Episode 5, Three Lilly, taking the RV is determinant, but I respect your opinion and that you feel so strongly about it..so take a like fellow Clem Believer

Three Lilly was a military mechanic, she could easily have tried to find the group by heading on foot in their direction an then found it broken and abandoned and then repaired it

Lilly is alive, end of story. We will never see or hear from her again this season, and if we did that would be pretty far fetched.
She's clearly running Wellington.

I'm sure it'd be interesting for her to be re-used in Wellington for Season 3, provided that the writers have a more interesting story for her than regurgitating Kenny's story arc. I can see Lilly struggling to find redemption and honestly attempting to make amends with Clementine for breaking her trust - at this point, Clem's seen so much that what Lilly's done seems hardly noteworthy.
I feel that Kenny will die by the end of Season 2, and I'd actually be glad if the two never got to butt heads again. The Luke vs Kenny dynamic was annoying enough.
On another note, Kirkman apparently has plans for making his version of Lilly Caul become the next governor of Woodbury. I wonder if this will have any repercussions on Telltale's plans for their Lilly.

I could see Lilly as the new governor in season 3, she had the mentality for that, but I can let go of characters who are lost. Either another character or an old one as long as the episode is awsome!
it might be generic but they put that RV maybe lilly as a walker will show up and bite kenny just guessing hear but that would be funny lilly hated kenny in my save
It would be a little unrealistic if we saw her again. After kenny, another coincidence is unlikely. I think she may have found another group.
