I have received in a games convention a code to download a game, how may i use it?

    At the bottom of our website, you can click the 'Redeem Product Code' link, and it will take you to a page where you can enter the code to redeem your game.

    Unfortunately the code is not working, i've got it in a Game fair, Epicon. They say i just should redeem it as you mentioned it.
    Do you have any other suggestions?

    My apologies, we experienced difficulties with our code redemption page recently. Please try again one more time, and see if you are able to redeem the code. If you are still unable to redeem it, please contact/email our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com, and they will be able to assist you further with redeeming your game. Please make sure to include the redemption code in the email, and what game the redemption code is for. If possible please also attach an image of the redemption code to the email.
