The person who you think should be the most blamed
Do you all remember that old officer in S1 EP1 exactly on the start episode which he was sending lee to prison ? of course you do XD
Anyways he is the one to be blamed(sort of) because if he hadn't bumped into the walker on the street because he is too busy looking backwards taking to urbans ( i'm not racist, kenny is. Kenny:"you know how to pick a lock right" Lee: "NO!!! why would you say that" Kenny: "idk because you're urban XD" Lee : "(mind blown). Lee wouldn't have to go all through those bad things he went in , and clementine should be right in her tree house until now and lee wouldn't suffer of larry's charms coming out of his ass and etc...
That was some weird thing to talk about soooooo........... yeah
and BTW i don't mean to blame the officer it's just some weird thing to think about XD you know ?
oh no wait, the senotor who slept with lee's wife should be blamed XD

well if the officer never hit that walker he would have put lee in prison and then he would have been with dexter, axel, thomas and andrew when the outbreak started to get wide spread and he would have been there when rick and his group showed up and he would have either most likely died during the governor's attack or from some later encounter with danger in ricks group

To Answer your question, i don't think anyone was to blame because if those events never happened, Clementine would have died in her tree house, and who knows what would of happened to Kenny and his family.
If Clem had stayed on the three house maybe she would have gone to Hershel's farm with Shawn and later be part of Rick's group. Yet I think she would've died during his plot because 90% of the group is f*cking stupid.

well they are all smarter than the season 2 group and we have to remember it has to be the comic book version of ricks group not the tv show and you know they are pretty stupid on the tv show
