I'm wondering how much time has passed since Lee saw Clementine for the first time until "Amid the Ruins"?

Let's figure this timeline!

    Here's what I posted a short while ago on a similar thread. I think it is like this:

    If you take it that the game follows the same time line as the comic, then the outbreak started on July 20, 2003.
    You can count back the dates on the tapes found in Crawford. Logan (the doctor) mentions how many days it has been, and the tapes are dated. Then, if you say the outbreak was in 2003, it was on July 20.
    It's now December (christmas tree in lodge, snow...) or January 2005/2006.

    I say the outbreak is in 2003, as the comics started then and the game is canon to the comics. Also, almost no mobile phones, laptops...

    So, how much time has passed...29-30 months since Day 0

    I think about 2 years and 5 months. That's just a rough estimate though, so don't hold me to this.

    3 months and a week into the Apocalypse, give or take 4 days (from the beginning) is when Lee and Co. abandon the motor inn. Carley/Doug die at night. They go on to morning. Take the train. Clementine fell asleep on the train at some point near the end of the third episode so we can assume another day passed given how bright it is in the morning. They attack Crawford the very next night, and then try to save Clementine the day after.

    So 3 months, 1 week, and 4-8 days depending on what time you headed out on the first day.
    So with Lee she's been around for 110ish days.

    6-8 months give or take for Christa's pregnancy to develop, considering she barely had any weight on her last time. (Most people assume 8 because Christa hardly showed major pregnancy signs) also you have to take in consideration Omid dies at Gil's Pitstop where Shel/Becca were at about 250ish days in. So Clem has been with Christa and Omid for months.

    Toss in the 16 month timeskip. Add a day in the shed, a day with Pete/Nick, 5 days hiking, a night being kidnapped by Carver. Clem takes a restroom break in the middle of the afternoon at the start of Ep. 3 and meets Reggie at night, so another day. Add on another night after stealing the radio, and then the night where Carver is killed and they run off into the woods. Then one final night/day to birth Rebecca's baby.

    So add that all together at the highest amount of time. 24 months, 1 week and 3 days at the most. If I'm not mistaken. Dunno if the night with Christa counts.

    Fun Fact: Rebecca initially suggests waiting at Carver's Camp in Episode 3 to plan some more, and if they had listened to her, she would've had her baby! :)
