i'm the same plus a new protagonist means we start at day1 because they'd need to show backstory that makes season 1 and 2 pointless so all that work of development of clementine we might as well delete our games if they do that

Yes i get you and i dont even read half the shit That's in here, yes i have complained about the complaining but im holding back more now. I do read to want to know what's up But then it turns into pages and i say Fuck it and just try yo look at the fan arts threads and shit. And well that's just me. Ill see some gameplay and the story, if that were the case of not having clem, and then ill probably decide if i will buy it. But at first i don't think that i will be able to buy it just cuz of pure emotional reaction. I've gotten really attached to the character, so ill probably just be mad cuz the character i love isn't there anymore. Ill still support TT, but not on GOT OR Borderlands, cuz they don't interest me But TWAU or whatever they want to cook up something else as long as its cool and dark tt will likely have my money. But still just on pure emotional reaction i probably won't but season 3. But if they do theyll have it.

Why? WHY are timeskips such an issue with some of you? Like who cares, it shouldn't matter that much. Id rather play as Clementine as a teenager then her being 11 for 2 seasons.

A "fan" that plays a game only for a character, and will stop playing that game if that character is no longer in it. It's considered to be … morea false fan because you aren't truly a fan of TWD if you only play it for Clem, you are a fan of Clem and that's it.
Me on the other hand, I AM a fan of TWD and I WILL continue playing if Clem dies. Not saying I want her to though, she's one of my favorite video game characters.
It makes sense for Clementine's story arc to continue in the next season as a character defined by the choices we make in this one. Of course that may require a schizophrenic attention to detail in portraying dual Clementines, but something that Telltale undeniably needs to focus next time around is a more cohesive script. I've thoroughly enjoyed the explosive moments of S2 thus far but the story, at times, just suffers from a lack of direction.
