Give us more room to explore
I know that this isn't a Left 4 Dead shooter but we should be able to explore a little more. One cool bonus would simply be cosmetic changes from exploring. Like finding a different jacket Clem can wear. Or you find a new hat for Kenny. It wouldn't be a huge deal, but would give the player a little more freedom, and make them feel more involved with the game.

The truth is, the story is tailored by how you play, however your choices don't mean shit.
Telltale can still turn that around.
