Who will be our judge and what will accuse you of?

In both The Walking Dead Season 1 and The Wolf Among Us someone at the end will judge you based on your actions, The Stanger and The Crooked Man. They will call out your choices and blame you for what you did wrong. Ithink our "judge" will be Christa and the worst things I've done so far is blaming Sarah for the photo, trying to hide the radio from Carver, and watching Carver die. What do you think?

Comments

  • Fabletown can also be your judge if you strangle the Crooked Man in the foundry, so TWAU had two different judges based off your actions, and that could possibly happen in TWD.

  • Maybe Luke or Kenny will explain everything.

If Telltale will do that, it'll be interesting. An opportunity to re-watch all the choices you made, all the right actions, and wrong. Also an opportunity to regret of all the stuff i did xD
Oh, and yeah, Luke/Kenny (if there will be a choice between two of them) seems like to be good candidates

  • It'd be pretty awesome if it was Luke or Kenny depending on what you did!

  • I doubt that, most people will be like " Really? Your calling me out for my choices when you made shitty ones yourself?" That goes to Kenny too.

  • If there's going to be a judge, Luke seems to be the prime candidate. He's been with us the longest this season, he's moralistic, and he's getting more and more unhinged. So I can see him calling us out. He can already do so a little bit in Episode 4.

  • I honestly can't think of much morally grey guilt for Clementine in my game..

I mean, as Lee I raided the station wagon, took a child to the most dangerous place in Savannah, and eviscerated a man with a pitchfork. But as Clem, the only choice I can really picture being called out on was dismembering Sarita in an act of desperation (and I already got yelled at for that one).

  • He calls Clem out for what choice?

  • Nope. Didn't see the point in giving that git the satisfaction. I said "Just shoot him," but I thought beating him to death was a waste of time.

  • In Episode 4, if you mention stealing from Arvo, he says something about Jane rubbing off on you and if you defend Kenny's mental state he can bring up the fact that you watched Kenny beat Carver's face into the ground and comments that the apocalypse has really affected you. Other things he could potentially bring up next would be how you treated Sarah in the trailer and maybe something you do in episode 5.

I think everyone left alive after the gun battle will judge you. Like Jane said they will turn on you in the end or something like that.

  • That's actually one of the responses you can give. Luke then says that while Carver was a bad man, he hopes they don't become the same.

  • Maybe.... we will?

I hope there is another "penultimate" scene. I would say Luke and Kenny will be the prime people to side with us or not.. I think our judge will be someone else though, Maybe the dying man who we decided to give water to or not? But if this music started playing while Luke, Kenny, Bonnie and maybe Christa standing around us I would get major chills and flashbacks from Season One's scene.

    Alt text

Decisions you made that could effect the characters final decision to side with you or not

Did you sit at Luke or Kenny's table?

Did you tell Bonnie about Luke in Carvers camp?

Did you give water to the dying man?

Have you been siding with Luke or Kenny more this season?

Chopping off Sarita's arm or not?

  • Lee in a dream. "This isn't the sweetpea i remember" It'll destroy my soul.

    Probably Rebecca's baby (jk)

Maybe Kenny? or they might not even do a judge this season if it's just Clementine

  • I'd think it'd be pretty interesting to see someone yell at a little girl's actions.

  • I believe your actions are going to be judged indirectly meaning your choices will unfold in dialogue with other characters. Depending on how you influenced them they will act accordingly.

  • That's what gives TWAU S1 and TWD S1 replay value. To see what other things Stranger/CM can judge you for.

Right now i'm replaying TWD S1 because i got a new PS3 and my save files were deleted. I'm not mad, i get the gift of playing S1. I'm on 105 now, let the tears begin :(

  • This^ Maybe you would be able to agree with him or take up for yourself.

Lee in a dream. "This isn't the sweetpea i remember" It'll destroy my soul.

  • Heres what I think:

Wellington turns out to be a safe zone. Everyone is happily living there and you are invited to join the cpmmunity with whoever you are (Before this part, you had to do the expected Luke/kenny/alone decision) You and whoever you chose (if you chose somebody) have a talk with the leader of the Wellington safe-zone. There you tell the story of what happened in the last episodes, you can lie about what happened, BUT if the character you chose previously notices you are lying, he will tell the truth. If you are by yourself, the leader will believe everything you said.

In the end, the leader will either pick the "you will surely be a great adittion the community" path or the "we will let you in, but we will keep an eye on you" path based on the decisions made before.

  • Maybe Luke and Kenny both or maybe no one at all

  • I love that of TTG, that final judgement it's a pretty good way to end these kind of games

  • edited August 2014

The answer is simple...nobody. (Exept yourself. There is no bigger judge then yourself)

  • The ghost of lee

  • The only bad things I did was blaming Sarah for the photo (she took a selfie, it's not my fault) and hiding the radio from Carver. I'm not sure who would me for this though.
