the biggest example is the door she kicked down, if it was lee that kicked down the door, or even jane, we could believe that the door was sturdy enough to keep out the zombies but a good hard kick in the right place would break it open, but with clementine it just seemed a bit ridiculous that the zombies couldn't break down the door but clementine could, she isn't even tall enough to kick it in the right place let alone strong enough kick it down, then there is her swinging a sedgehammer hard enough to break zombie bones, or her pushing a dead body off her, sure she struggled, but it every time she does things like this it just adds a bit of unbelievability to it, plus there is the fact that everybody just ignores that she is a child and relies on her to much.

Actually its not really sexism, just merely social system we have put in place to have order as a society. We assign characteristics to each gender, as well as, expectations of roles and responsibility. The same way we give different occupations different task and responsibilities. I thought TTG did a great job in establishing Clementine's child-like helplessness in the first episode of Season 2. That first half-hour or so is terrifying and incredibly frustrating because Clem is almost completely defenseless (in spite of her hard-earned survivalist ingenuity) and things around her are rapidly going from bad to worse. In contrast to that, Clem's interactions with the overly-sheltered Sarah really highlight just how quickly she was forced to grow up in order to survive. She's not your average 11-year-old, but she's also a long way off being some sort of indestructable badass.

I stated my view that because Clem is a girl, she should be more sensitive, since women are generally more sensitive than men, and for stating my view of gender roles being integral to society. I was then insulted, and ridiculed by the above users for not accepting the belief that men, and women are the same,which includes physical, as well and was also called a man/misogynist because of it. Again, while both genders may have similar interest, there is a difference in how boys and girls are brought up by family members, that shapes their behavior,which often adhere to what is accepted as social norm for said gender role. Their environmental interaction outside the home also plays a part.

I thought TTG did a great job in establishing Clementine's child-like helplessness in the first episode of Season 2. That first half-hour or so is terrifying and incredibly frustrating because Clem is almost completely defenseless (in spite of her hard-earned survivalist ingenuity) and things around her are rapidly going from bad to worse. In contrast to that, Clem's interactions with the overly-sheltered Sarah really highlight just how quickly she was forced to grow up in order to survive. She's not your average 11-year-old, but she's also a long way off being some sort of indestructable badass.
