What would have happened if Clem was the who gave the radio to Carver?
Would Carver beat her down like Kenny or let is slide.(Also don't hate me because you think I want Clem to get hurt I only what to know his reaction)

Despite hitting clem in my playthrough once, i think he actually liked her, wanted her to stick around. So, probably not nearly as hard.
He would have kicked crap out of Kenneth either way, lesson you see.

I doubt that he would have beaten her as hard as he beat Kenny, but he wouldn't have let it slide and she still would have been in for a world of hurt.

Carver kinda liked Clementine. So he would've maybe smacked her down then say "Maybe a few days of hard labor will motivate all of you on some community spirit. And as for you, my dear, you can bet it won't be a smack you'll receive the next time you try something like this again."
But by the time Carver hits Clem, Kenny would've probably attacked Carver and everyone would've started brawling.
I agree. If Clem confessed she would have been in a lot of danger. Carver or his men have no issue with harming children if it makes a point.
I feel like he might've praised her a bit, he seemed to like the fact that Clementine isn't afraid of him, although probably not as hard.
