The water bottle.
If you play season 2 episode 1 you know you have to option to give victor (the guy who pretty much fucked your plans) some water from your bottle when you find him by the river almost dead. I know there's been tons of threads like this but I think it's the car decision in season 1. It didn't seem like a big deal but comes back to bite you in the ass. Maybe victor's with the Russians and helps Clem and the group escape if you gave him water and doesn't if you didn't. Thoughts?

Maybe someone will ask Clementine about her decisions and her decisions will impact how this character looks at her.
