As we all know, America is the greatest nation (not), and it's politicians are the greatest leaders (probably not cough Nixon cough), but there are in fact countries that are NOT AMERICA. Yes, shocking. So what about your country's leader? Is that leader good, bad or meh?

In Britain, it's generally fact that EVERYONE hates politicians apart from Boris Johnson. David Cameron gets a whole lot of hatred, but as far as PMs go, he's one of the best we've had in a while. He is, unfortunately, a fan of big government nanny-stating, which sucks. Other than that, people generally are keen to blame their leaders for ALL their troubles.
I really love the Dutch Prime Minister, he's a cool guy.

Barack. He, disappoints me. Foreign policy is improved from the Bush years, but shit like the Patriot Act and intrusion have only only gotten stronger. The MIC and PIC keep chuggin' along while urban development and anti-poverty angencies and are either at a standstill or facing steep budget cuts. No progress on climate chance, no process on immigration reform, no progress on guns, student-loan relief or the floundering social security system. No progress. The fault isn't Obama 's alone, but he bears part of it.

I've only read about him in regards to the 'asylum seeker' concentration camps and Indonesia standoffs (I also have no live for the Indonesian administration).
He sounds like a bit of a prick.
The asylum seeker policy is the only thing he's done right. Not saying that I'm anti-immigration (I don't have a problem with it), but when Kevin Rudd (the then-leader of the labor party) was Prime Minister a few years ago, asylum seekers were given a welfare bonus (some money, a house with cheap rent and a car) while several Australians (including youth) were left on the streets with no way out at all. If there's one thing the Liberal Party has done, it's the new policy. And yes, I do wish there was another solution, but you gotta look after your own people first.
Although Abbott is indeed a prick. I believe one of those youtube links was a video of Julia Gillard calling him out for sexism.

The only great PM we've had in the last decade was John Howard. Rudd and Gillard were both OK, but the asylum seeker thing was way off.
That being said, I'd much rather have the labor party back in control, because they're not sexist and they didn't pay the speaker to support them in question time.
Well we got Mr. Obama over here. I've never been one to care about politics but I don't like what he's done. If us in America don't get a good leader soon things are looking grim.

Well he's ruined our economy and inserting Obama Care witch is an invasion on our rights. And to be honest its not only him. Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton weren't all that good. And now the IRS is trying to target smaller groups and , well Americas seen better years. But I'm sure we'll be able to pull through just to start the process all over again.

And Bush was just peachy, I take it? Obama's policies certainly didn't help, but things really went down the crapper when Dubya was still in office.
Actually you can, but it requires a lot of charisma and dedication. You basically have to make yourself too much of a pain in the ass to ignore.
Or you could become a lobbyist, because they're the ones who really hold the power.
