What were all your choices...

edited August 2014 in The Walking Dead

In The Walking Dead Season 2 so far?

Episode 1

  • Tried to save Christa: She was Clem's only friend from Season 1 and took care of her for 2 years(With and without Omid ;-;)
  • Killed Sam:(The Dog) I have 2 dogs of my own and hate seeing animals get hurt
  • Accepted Nick's apology: he didn't mean to shoot, I startled him
  • Gave water to the man: I hoped he would tell what happened to Christa
  • Went with Pete: He was my favorite of the new group besides Luke

Episode 2

  • Blamed Sarah for the photo: She took it, it's not my fault
  • Sat with Kenny: I was so hungover of happiness of seeing him that I wanted to spend the whole episode with him
  • Told Walter the truth: he deserved it, and I was sure he'd understand
  • Walter saved Nick: It was an accident Nick shot Matthew doesn't mean he's a bad guy( I also made a promise to Pete)
  • Went to find Kenny's help: I don't like to give up without a fight(Alvin lived too)

Episode 3

  • Helped Sarah: She doesn't bother me like other people(Also #DefyCarver)
  • Told Bonnie about Luke: I made it seem like Carver was the devil in disguise, so I though she would help
  • Tried to hide the radio: I tried to play dumb and said that he lost it(I also tried to help Kenny and #DefyCarverAgain)
  • Watched Carver die: I really hated him and would have done it myself if given the chance
  • Chopped off Sarita's arm: I thought it would help, I just made it 10x worse

Episode 4

  • Saved Sarah: My Lee didn't leave Ben to die, so why should I leave Sarah behind?
  • Didn't steal from Arvo: My Lee didn't steal from The Stranger and neither does my Clem
  • Went through the ticket booth: The way Bonnie said it was just begging for me to go through
  • Held the baby: Why not?
  • Called for help: I wasn't sure Rebecca was dead

So what were your choices?

Why have a negative attitude Mr. House?

"What were all your choices..." Meaningless, accounting to nothing in the end.

  • Hey OP...you forgot about one choice in Episode4: Did you try to get though, under the ticket table or did you let Bonnie do it.

  • I'll edit it then.

Episode 1: Tried to Save Christa, Left Sam, Didn't Accept Nick's Apology, Gave Water, Saved Nick

Episode 2: Blamed Carlos, Sat with Luke (Nick), Lied to Walter, Nick was saved, Surrendered (Alvin died)

Episode 3: Didn't help Sarah, Told Bonnie, Tried to Give up Radio, Watched Carver, Killed Walker

Episode 4: Saved Sarah, Tried to Squeeze Through, Didn't steal from Arvo, Held Baby, Called for Help

  • That is my work. Excuse me if I don't indulge myself in some petty activities, for I have a well-being of New Vegas on my mind.

If serious, that is my true opinion. The choices are but an illusion. They don't mean anything and don't change the outcome, everything will play out exactly the same. We haven't seen the Episode 5 yet, but being experienced with Season 1 of TWD and TWAU allows me to predict that it won't change in the slightest.

  • That's true, but in the moment they feel like they matter.

  • As true as that may be, that wasn't the question he asked. Btw I sided with Mr. House as well ;)

  • I am well aware that this wasn't the question he asked. I won't list my choices because time and again they were proven pointless.

  • That is the illusion of choice for you.

  • I'm worried about the last choice, with shooting Rebecca. I feel like that if she's the one to shoot, people in the group cough cough Kenny will see the shootout that breaks out as another incident to blame her for,and Clem's got enough survivor's guilt burdening her already. So I kinda froze and Bonnie ended up calling for help. At least it's not on Clem now :T

  • If not for the great story (and characters and dialogue), I would've been done with Telltale a long time ago.

Episode 1: Tryed to help Christa, left the dog, accepted Nick's apology, gave the dying man water and left with Nick.
Episode 2: Took the blame for the photo, sat with Luke, told the truth and convinced Walter that Nick is a good guy and helped Carlos.
Episode 3: Helped Sarah, told Bonnie 'bout Luke, tried to give the radio, didn't watched Carver's death and didn't chopped Saritas hand.
Episode 4: Saved Sarah, didn't rob Arvo, squeezed through, held the baby and called for help.
