Except, ethnicity doesn't play a role in a person's ability to learn new languages. What does play a role in a person's ability to learn new languages is discipline, motivation, and exposure. Anybody can learn what ever language they want if they put in the time, effort, and patience to learn them. A person's ethnicity does not affect how easy or difficult it is for them to learn a language, or anything for that matter.
I meant that they all had gone to Gil's Pitstop (cannot remember what its called) and all got there, so they were all nearby where season 1 was as Kenny's family was there too
That's because the purpose of 400 days was to introduce those characters making appearances in season two. They didn't leave the group and … moreappear, they just happened to be the characters we ran into during season 2, and they gave us a DLC including them at the end of season 1 with no prior interaction.

There's at least two interviews out there where Gavin mentioned he had recorded audio for Lilly's return with the RV back in season 1, but then Telltale cut it for some reason in the last moment. And now we see her RV in Amid the Ruins, all of a sudden.
Maybe they'll finally bring her back now. This quote is from an old interview, but he's mentioned it again recently in a relatively new interview.
It did happen to him, that doesn't mean it isn't unrealistic. And more so it doesn't mean having it happen again is any less unrealistic because it happened once before. If anything, considering probability of each of the aforementioned circumstances happening to replicate themselves perfectly again, it is much, much less likely.
She was in the air force. Wouldn't surprise me if she spoke Russian. Combined with her leadership abilities, and her ruthlessness she could very well be their leader

Lilly couldn't be the leader of the Russian bandits. Her father, Larry, was a retired army commander who probably hated Russians and said, "Damn Commie bastards!" a lot in his youth and raised Lilly to dislike them too.
Yeah, maybe that sounds silly, but Lilly being the leader of the Russians just seems unlikely. She's not Russian herself and couldn't have learned the language all of a sudden then get accepted as the leader of some Russian bandits. It's all too farfetched. But Lilly coming back somehow would be cool. So if Telltale goes this route, that's fine.
Lily did say in season 1 she used to work in aircraft or airplanes so i think its possible that maybe she knows them because she might of be… moreen trying to help fix there airplane or something that happened to crash in america. Arvo sister is wounded from the crash and Lily is helping them but thats just theory
Yes it would. Omid, Christa, and Clem were together from the start of S2 so they don't count as returning in the sense he is referring. Kenn… morey was the only character to actually leave the group and miraculously find his way back. That was unrealistic enough. Having the same fan service happen twice would be horrible.

That's actually not a bad theory but it'd be unrealistic to have 2 characters from last season return. Telltale are just giving us hints maybe we see her at the end of episode 5 which could be a cliffhanger or next season.

They abandoned the RV in the middle of the road after all, a few hours after leaving Lilly behind. It must have been a short time frame, because a small boy like Duck was still alive from the bite when they found the train.
If she just follows the road she'd run into it eventually. Remember when Russel was walking that same road on foot and found Carley/Doug's body? Wouldn't make sense for Lilly to run into the woods crowded with walkers instead of following the clear road.
