But, in all seriousness I think Clem would just be happy to see someone she knew was still alive and I think Lilly will also be happy to see her.(if she is with the Russians she might free Clem if the Russians capture them.)
I think Clementine kind of understands why she did it, Ben reveals that Lilly was right later on in episode 4.
TBH I thought Arvo's sister was that Russian girl that stood beside him.
Lilly probably found the R.V. or was in the Russian's group or another group.
I think we will be given similar choices to when Kenny returned.

Now that I think about it, Clem mentions Lilly in episode two when she talks to Alvin right after Nick killed Matthew. She mentions whether Lee forgave her or left her and she says "She stole our car and left us". So if she met Lilly again, I think she wouldn't trust her at first and she would ask her why she did all this. And then it would probably be up to us if we want to forgive her or not. And also, one of the achievments is called "we slowly drove", maybe it's about the RV and Lilly will offer us a ride in it.We could either accept it or steal the RV from her and leave her behind.Or maybe she will refuse to let Kenny come with us and we'll have to convince her to forgive him.

Clementine's reaction in the trailer for Episode 2 with her horrified look and "I thought you were dead" seems perfect for Lilly. If Lilly does return, hopefully she'll have not become evil like Carver or worse...

Naw, it was a joke. My Clem would just shun her, she'd also tell the group that Lilly killed a member from her previous group. Plus Kenny would salt-lick her before you get the chance to shoot.

Kenny also killed larry who was alive (cause you can resuscitate him) because he thought he was helping the group, and lilly killed cause she thought that she was helping the group, so why r u obsessed with kenny but loathe lilly

Lee killed before all this happened. He didn't kill a fellow group member on a hunch like Lilly did. People don't change, you can change your wardrobe, but not the man under the clothes. Kenny killed Larry because he had a heart problem and since he didn't have any medicine for his condition on him there was no way he could of come back. Lilly didn't even know who it was she thought it was Ben or Carley, but since Carley had recently pissed her off she shot her.
She won't be as happy as she was with Kenny when they reunited, but I don't think she'll outright hate and condemn her. She's not Lee and she didn't really have a connection with Carley or Doug compared to her guardian, so I can't see her suddenly gunning her down on the spot.
I hope there is an option to kill her
its a game with choices clem can be pretty dark by the end of Episode 4 already (if she left Sarah like in playthrough)

I think Clem, being Clem, will or already has forgiven Lilly. That is, if Lilly is truly sorry.

Because killing Lilly just because you dislike her is worse than what Lilly herself did. Lilly at least has an insanity defense. Lilly didn't even just straight up murder Kenny after the meatlocker, even though I bet most can at least understand if she had.

But seriously, my Clem would probably be neutral. My Lee didn't hate her, but he didn't really like her either. I want that to continue on with Clem, if it happens.
Larry could have been resuscitated for a few minutes without medecine so he coudl say bye to lilly and would accept his death so she wouldn't think of it as murder and wouldn't become unstable and kill carley
It was JUSt cause carley pissed her off it's because she felt she couldn't trust anyone in the group apart from lee and she was being mean to her
like the actual trigger was carley being mean, but she was only that angry to begin with because kenny was so rude to her all the time
