  • Nope, he acted like a prick, and he'll die like a prick.

  • Anyone who points a gun at Clementine is a baddie in my book :u

  • I liked his awesome tattoos, besides that I couldn't care less about him he seemed like an as*hole.

  • HIs tattoos aren't that friendly.

  • If he's mean to Clem or points a gun at her i hate him

  • I didn't like the tattooed Russian guy at ALL... a thieving bully picking on a little girl... a baby, and a group that has been through the ringer.

  • Isn't that the one who said he would rip Kenny's throat out and eat our entrails for breakfast?

  • He was pretty cool and badass the way he acted

It was ''cool and badass'' to aim a gun at a group with a baby and a little girl?

  • Ehhhh, perhaps if he wasn't your stereotypical russian villain.....I'd probably would've considered liking him.

  • Nope, fuck 'em. They'll die by Clem's hands.

  • The russians could have just opened fire on the group without having Arvo walk up to them, so maybe they're not as evil as they seem.

    Or not as smart. :P

  • No. That's Vitali or something. The big guy's name starts with R or something

Isn't that the one who said he would rip Kenny's throat out and eat our entrails for breakfast?

  • He pointed at Mike/Kenny. Not Clem.

  • Buricko is a dick, but our group would do the same thing to other survivors. Think about it.

If we ran into some random group that stole some pills/gun from us, we'd be pissed regardless of a baby and a little girl.

We only care because it's Clem/Our group.

  • I like your username.

On topic: the Russian guy will kill someone. I'll wait to see who it is, before I decide if I like him. But in all seriousness, no, he is their leader and the one who wanted to take everything from us. So he is kind of an a**.

    HIs tattoos aren't that friendly.

  • Buricko is the tattoo guy, Vitali is the skinny guy, Maud is the girl, and Arvo is the harry potter lookin mofo.

  • Whose to say he wouldn't though?

  • I like Arvo and the crazy one who threatened to eat Kenny's guts

  • I don't like any of the Russians for now. The only one i hate the least is Arvo.

  • i don't like russians and i hope them group will die

  • No one except TTG.

  • I don't really understand that, though. A group of non-English speaking Russians in Virginia? I guess I could understand French Canadians, or Spanish speakers from Southern or Central America, but non-English speaking Russians? I don't know, maybe they were in the Russian merchant navy?

  • Well, fuck you, too.

i don't like russians and i hope them group will die

  • Why the fuck would Telltale think it would be a good idea to add a bunch of fucking Russians to the game? Like the plot isn't already disjointed enough...they just had to go throw some more fuel on the fire.

Now I mean no offense to Russians when I say this, but there appearance in this story just feels completely contrived and out of place. Whats next a cameo from Tony Soprano? Ahh Goddamit Telltale...I'm just giving you bastards ideas now

  • I wondered that myself. I mean, why Russians? There are plenty of other people still alive in America and in groups. No, tell-tale just added the Russians, because they know most people can't stand them and they will be immediately hated.
That's the top n bottom of it.

  • That shit pisses me off. Games love badguy Russians. I knew that was going to happen. Why couldn't we have badguy Swedish?

  • Damn Russian Stereotypes. You can never trust 'em!

No, I never liked this fucker. More so because of how shoddy he and his buddy Vitaliy were pulled off, especially in terms of their accents and even their phrases.

I made a thread about it back in the day: http://www.telltalegames.com/community/discussion/76751/them-funny-russians/

  • I may not be the greatest Russian speaker, but you could definitely tell the difference when Arvo and his woman were talking, compared to the others. Also, when my brother (who speaks much better Russian than myself) came over, he told me that there were multiple errors in their speech.

  • Yup, exactly so, not only were they speaking with terrible accents, their phrase had errors on their own.

  • I think Telltale was sloppy on it because the most part of players isn't Russian, so they didn't focus too much on making them look like perfect Russians.

Michael Ark, Arvo's voice actor, IS Russian, maybe the others' weren't.
