Jane- More tactical
Carver(We already saw how that turned out, but it probably want a fair fight.)
Kenny- He's invincible!
Mike- He's stronger.
Carley- She's a badass crack shot.

I think Nate would win a fight against Kenny, we've all seen how Kenny ''fights'' in the train. Nate's psychotic nature could give him some advantage (As well as it could also be a disadvantage). But who knows...
Kenny's hand to hand has improved a lot since Season 1, He's able to overpower Mike(Who is a strong guy) and after Clem shoots or jumps on Carver, Kenny punches him knocking him back a bit, and Kenny was able to take an almost fatal beating from Carver and got up like it was nothing. So in short, Kenny is a tough guy to take down.
Molly: She is a lot faster and more agile, plus she has that weapon whatever it's called
Carver: There probably was a gun battle between them and had Carver on the wining side
Kenny: He's a lot stronger since Season 1
Mike: He's the strongest member of the group(Besides Kenny)
Carley: She's better shot

Yup.
1.) Molly, she is quick and very smart, I mean she beats up Lee (determiant) and knocks Kenny on his ass even if Lee doesn't mention Kennys behind her
2.) Roman, we know that Carver gets taken out by Kenny in one punch (I say taken out because Carver was fighting for his life but was defeated with one slug to the face) plus Roman seems like the kind of guy who's scrapped before
3.) Tie
4.) Tie, although Mike is very strong, Luke seems to be smarter and faster, so it really depends on the situation to see who would win
5.) Yet another tie

I think it depends on if they have their signature weapons or not.
Fist fights:
1)I'd say Molly wins, she seems to just be generally a better fighter than Jane.
2)My money's on Roman, I reckon we are supposed to assume neither side will have loyal guards wielding AKs.
3)I think Nate wins, Kenny's never been actually good at fighting. Besides, Nate might just pull a Rick (TV show) and tear Kenny's throat with his teeth, for all we know.
4)This one's the hardest for me, but I believe Mike would be victorious. This is basically a 'strength vs agility' scenario. However, I think this fight is the least likely to happen out of these 5: neither Luke nor Mike seem to be the kind of guys to resort to violence when there's a problem. I'd also like to point out that neither has truly proven to have good fighting skills: Mike is strong, but can he actually make good use of all that strength in a brawling situation? Luke is also strong (I don't think he's as strong as Mike though, but no way to be sure about that) and somewhat agile. But then again, neither of the two has been in a brawl that we've witnessed (Kenny holding Mike against the wall shouldn't count as Mike wasn't even really trying).
5)Carley, I think she's probably really fierce when angered, though the post-Omid's death Christa seems to be really tough.
Bonus Round) Maybelle, stomp stomp
Armed fights, but still somewhat balanced (no guns vs melee weapons)
1)Hilda (Molly) vs Screwdriver (Jane): Hilda has better reach and can inflict more damage, while screwdriver is really easy to wield. I think Hilda, wielded by Molly, wins.
2)Well, Roman will probably just have a pistol whereas Carver would have an AK: Carver wins
3)Rifle vs Rifle: Kenny has proven he has very good aim, much better than what we've seen from Nate: Kenny would stand a better chance this time
4)Machette (Luke) vs Sledgehammer (Mike): Well, both of them are really deadly, but even though Mike IS really strong, the hammer is much heavier and more difficult to swing around. Still, it's a one-hit K.O. weapon, whereas the machette needs to cut through a vital blood vessel/organ in order to kill. Yet, I do believe Luke could dodge the first hit and then quickly strike back, so I'd say the odds are in his favor for this scenario: 60-40 Machette wielded by Luke.
5)If both have a pistol, Carley wins hands down. If Christa has a Rifle, she stands a better chance but I still think Carley wins in both cases.
Bonus Round) Juicebox would use his nuclear abilities and end the zombie apocalypse, but by doing so, he would also extinguish every life form in the planet.
