Well if your at issue #55 than Bigby is not even at Fabletown anymore and he is no longer Sheriff. He is living in Wolf valley with his family. Of cause he has gone on missions out of Fabletown like when he took down the adversary. Not going to go in too much detail from here because of spoilers.
Oh I know that. I'm reading the comics, and I'm up to like issue 55. But I believe there is a time where he leaves Fabletown for a while later in the comics, but I'm not too sure.
I would like for him to give me an example where the decision didn't really matter. The decisions (or most of them) definitely mattered, for example the Tree decision in Episode 3, might come back to haunt you on Episode 5...
Before, definitely. I don't see TWAU as being just for Fables fans, it's for everyone. If they went with after, they'd cut out so much of their potential audience. There were a lot of people who never even read the comics who picked them up after playing this game. Can you imagine if it was too difficult for non-Fables fans to understand? A lot of people just would have quit it, and never read the books.
Plus, soooo much happens in the books over time, that it would also alienate fans who weren't caught up, and that would shrink even more of its base. If they do a Season 2, I want it to be successful because I love this IP. They should definitely set it before. 20 years, 10 years, whatever.
Well, it could be like 400 Days. We play as different Fables like Jack, Cindy, Flycatcher, etc. Or it can answer all our questions about Cry… more Wolf and solve the whole Faith/Nerissa thing. Maybe something to do with another case of Bigby's, even if it isn't a murder mystery.
Or two part DLC episodes? They both are released at separate times and we go around hunting down the remaining Tweedle bro and Jersey Devil and finding out the answers about Nerissa?
Read DragonButter's post he came up with the idea to have a encyclopedia/codex in the game (similar to what BioWare has done with their Codex in the Mass Effect games) This will help the players get up to date on everything.

Thanks for the mention, but you were the one who referenced the encyclopedia/codex feature from Mass Effect, not me. I just merely mentioned that Telltale did a great job with the Book of Fables in season 1, that's all.

May I add that the comics are not finished until March 2015? Production will only start then, meaning we wont get s2 e1 till around summer of 2016. I would rather them start production sooner and keep it as a prequel. They have 20 years to work with, so I'm sure it can be fine.
TellTale are working on alot at the moment with Borderlands, Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead season 3. It just may take TellTale that long to come up with a season 2. I don't like it either but it may be the case. If not then have season 2 stay as a prequel and have season 3 (if they make one) take place after the comics.

I doubt if they keep it a prequel it will take to summer of 2016. But you do raise a valid point. Nevertheless, if they make a full season 2, then I hope they as well release a dlc to help us pass the time

Issue #51 and I'm loving them as well I just got through the wedding, which was cute :P. A character I'm really liking right now is Frau Totenkinder. I hope they put her in season 2.

I will admit it would be easier and quicker for them to make it another prequel. I heard that the original story for season 1 was supposed to be something about Detective Brannigan and the mundy's coming close to discovering Fabletown and something about one of Cinderella's ugly sisters getting murdered. They could just use this for season 2 it sounds like alot of the script is already half written so that should make it quicker and easier for TellTale to make a season 2.
I mean it makes perfect seance for this to be the plot for season 2 because in episode 5 you had Bigby in werewolf form running around New York chasing cars and their where defiantly people who saw him and you know at-least some of them would of called the police to report the 9-foot werewolf jumping on cars and smashing stuff up. This would lead to Detective Brannigan's investigation for season 2.

No Cindy's spin-off comics where not that good. She is a great character but not that good for a protagonist. Bigby has to be the main character for me to buy it. I would be open to the idea to have both Bigby and Cindy as the protagonists similar to what TellTale is doing with their Borderlands game but ultimately i would rather just have Bigby as the protagonist.
As cool as the whole Mundy investigating Fabletown thing is, it goes highly against canon. They could shorten it to which the Mundy police are only interested in Bigby, and so they follow him around. That would be great, but not enough for a whole season I think. It would be a fantastic DLC however. But the thing I would want to see more is the Cinderella case.
Yes i'm all for a DLC episode too.

Well of cause Bigby will succeed and the mundy's will not discover Fabletown in the end. I just think TellTale needs to address that issue that Bigby was seen running around New York in his werewolf form by mundys.

That would be a very nice idea really. But at this point, I've decided not to underestimate Telltale's storytelling skills, so I am sure they will cook up something amazing. As long as they make more Wolf, I'll be happy

I know this is most likely won't happen, But i had an idea that for the sequel, you could play as one of the wolf cubs.
Like Connor or Blossom. Since they haven't really done anything extraordinary, They could do it like there new borderlands game where you play as the two of them.
They would be older then they are now, like maybe in their late teens or early 20s.

Sort off but i don't think they will since he is the main character and i don't think TellTale wants the hole main character of all our games must die in the end to become a thing here.
(I know this is kind of late. Please note: spoilers! Duh.)
Telltale might just base Season two off of Vol 2 of Fables. Why?
In episode 3 there is a letter from Weyland Smith (who used to run the farm) stating, "I am seeing some unrest from the residents." As all of the comic readers know, that unrest may be because the rebellion is starting. In episode 4 you can choose to send Colin to the farm and the comic readers also know that when Colin ends up being sent to the farm, after his brothers find out he did not successfully complete the mission he was sent to do at Fabletown, they execute him.
But who knows? What are your predictions for season 2?
Comments
Sure.
That'll would be awesome!
And besides, the ending was set up for a sequel.
I'd like something!

Yes I would.
I think it's a fun, entertaining game, and I can't wait to see what's in store for Bigby, Snow, and the rest.
Well if they did have season 2 based after the comics it would be advised to read the comics first.

it would be good if they did something soon
Depends because if the DLC is too long you might as well have what you said solving the whole Faith/Nerissa thing as season 2

Please Telltale make The Season 2 for this game

I swear to god, if Telltale dares to leave this series behind...
I doubt they'll make it until after the Game of Thrones game.
Why not a Season 2 where you control Cindy? From what I've gathered from the comics she would be a very interesting protagonist.
Nah I don't think so. It would be nice if they interchanged the playable character (between Bigby and Cindy) like they are doing for Tales.
I agree. As I'm reading the comics, I can see why a full season may be hard. But they better at least release a DLC episode or 2 or else...
What issue are you at shubba?
I doubt they will release it until Walking Dead s3 is 1-2 episodes in, But I think production will start soon if it hasn't already if they are making one,
Issue #60. I'm loving them they are so good .
How about you?
Issue #51 and I'm loving them as well I just got through the wedding, which was cute :P. A character I'm really liking right now is Frau Totenkinder. I hope they put her in season 2.
cause you know it wouldn't be the wolf among us season 2 it would just be another fables game
I hope they put Rose Red, Boy Blue, and most of all Cindy
Yes i'm all for a DLC episode too.

Definitely. Those characters have plenty of potential for the "upcoming" DLC/Season 2.
I hope that it will work out this way too.
Well of cause Bigby will succeed and the mundy's will not discover Fabletown in the end. I just think TellTale needs to address that issue that Bigby was seen running around New York in his werewolf form by mundys.

NO! It should be a prequel, if it takes place after the comics they have a chance to kill Bigby!
I'd be more open to that but ultimately i would prefer they stick to Bigby.
Sort off but i don't think they will since he is the main character and i don't think TellTale wants the hole main character of all our games must die in the end to become a thing here.
