Lilly or Christa?
There seems to be some type of evidence that Lilly will possibly appear in episode 5 after Lilly's voice actor tweeted that lots will be excited for an upcoming game that will have her in it. Though this could possibly mean something else other than The Walking Dead what other game will have lots of fans to be really be happy for her apperence. I dont know a ton about her voice actor and i dont mean to sound rude by saying another other game with her in it would not be a big deal. but i know shes very underrated since she isnt in a ton of games but is a fantasic voice actor.
So if Lilly does reappear this begs the question, what about Christa? There hasnt been any teasing or signs of Christa being in the last episode other than the fact it makes a lot of sense, if she doesnt what happened to her? Are we to just assume Christa was killed in the woods? I was wondering if only one of these two character appeared (Lilly or Christa) which one would you rather Clem find in 'No Going Back'.
Heres my take on it
Lilly - Lilly does seem like a possible character to be in TWD once again but i dont feel like S2E5 is the right place for her to come back. It would be very exicting but lets say Clementine isnt in Season 3. That means Clementine will just see Lilly for 60 min or less and then the episode will wrap up? Though i could understand Lilly being at the end of episode 5 and having it be a major cliffhanger. I really enjoy Lilly's character in fact i like Lilly more than Christa. But in saying that Christa coming back seems more logical than Lillys return.
Christa- I really hope Christa returns i think she will, when Nick wrote episode 2 Clem talked about Christa lots but in episode 3 and 4 the new writiers almost seemed to forget about her. Nick is writing episode 5 so it looks like he wants to have Christa return. At the moment theres more evidence of Lillys return which strange. if Christa doesnt return i wont really be very happy i mean what was the whole point of her being in the start of episode 1 then? Logically i would rather have Christa return than Lilly.

Christa, there's just more of an emotional and personal bond with Christa than Lilly. I mean watching someone shoot someone else for no reason really changes your opinion towards them. Especially if its the last time you see them and they can't make up for it.
Christa, she is more survivalist focused but saying that, we haven't seen Lilly in a while so she could be the same.
As much as I'd like Christa to have an emotional reunion with Kenny in the finale, I would love to see Lilly make a return even if it's the cliffhanger for the season
I don't want to see either of these characters make a return.
Christa. She has been with Clem for 2 (?) years now. She has done so much more for Clem than Lilly, and they've definitely gone through more together. Plus the who "realism" factor of Christa returning being much, much more believable than Lilly doing the same. I'd love to see Christa again, if it doesn't happen so be it, but I do not want to see Lilly again.

Christa, we should know what happened to her, and she took care of Clem for a long time, Lilly Is kind of Understandable but I'm still a little pissed with her for killing Carley...But we'll see who returns...

Christa.She stayed with Clem for a lot of time.Lilly wasnt with her that long and I can barely see a connection beetwen clem and lilly.(But we had 3 months skipped from ep 1 to ep2.They might had connection at those 3 months,dunno).All in all,I'd like christa to return.

Lilly's voice actor could also be talking about do some VA for sims 4 (Since she did some previous VA for sims 3), but I personally believe she was in fact talking about the walking dead. My choice would definitely be Christa, I mean my Lee left clem with her and Omid's care and she has been through hell with Clementine. I just hope telltale doesn't show her dead/undead.
I would like to at least know what happened to Christa, but at the same time if they leave it open ended that would be very realistic,new, and actually kinda cool.
This is such a tough choice because I want the loose end with Christa to be tied up, but I also would really love to see Lilly make slight antagonistic return. It's hard for me to say, I'm going to be an ass and just go with both. shrugs

Lilly because she gave to Clementine the links to her hair, it is a beautiful sign of affection, Lilly had to take care of Clementine in the first days of ZA, she try to be a surrogate mother for Clem.
As Christa had a good start Clem care, but after it was noted that after Omid die that Christa not wanted his surrogate mother only wanted to be a survival partner's.
Both are emotionally complex, only Lilly costs you control your stress and Christa seems so far to control your stress by indifference.

I do respect Christa more for taking care of Clem for so long, but I'd rather see Lilly. She never got to be in the spotlight like Kenny and Christa, and I would love to see her character development and her having a REAL relationship with Clem like what Lee, Kenny, and Christa have had. Just my honest opinion.
If I had to pick one, definitely Christa. They are both great characters though.
Lily, last we saw Christa she was a total bitch to Clem.
Christa's been less developed, but I like her more. She's not in thrall to a vicious jackass, nor has she murdered anyone. She also kept Clementine alive far longer than anyone else so far in the apocalypse.
Luke's been with Clem for a week and already he's lost his entire group.

One aspect of Christa's character that I really like is that she perfectly embodies season 1's theme of "struggling to retain humanity while trying to survive". Initially she threatens to abandon Lee's group at the first signs of danger, but she can't help but become attached to them in the end and insists that she help rescue Clem. She argues to leave Ben because it's pragmatic, but is immediately horrified by her decision as soon as Clem defends him. She's the only one who sympathises with Vernon when he steals the boat, and she protects Clem for months even though her carelessness got her boyfriend killed.
Sigh. Why couldn't we have gotten stuck with Christa for the majority of season 2 instead of Kenny?
Christa's a far more likable take on the 'survivalist with a moral compass' than Jane was. She lost Omid, but still held onto Clem presumably because she could never find it in herself to abandon a little girl. Jane, on the other hand, writes off kids as lost causes and robs Arvo in a creepily similar parallel to Michelle's bullying of Clem.
I said a couple of weeks back that making Christa a protagonist would be a great compromise between the power of a grown man (Lee) and the vulnerability of a little girl (Clem). She's hesitant and cynical about groups, but still pragmatic enough to stick with them to survive and more humane than Jane was. She's presumably very competent, but possibly has an injured leg to deal with and make her less invincible.

If I had to choose only one I’d go with Christa, even though I really like Lilly’s character. No offense to Kenny fans, but I would have been so much happier if those two had taken the helm during Season Two instead of Kenny. The guy has hogged enough of the spotlight.
Seeing Clem, Kenny, Lilly, and Christa all together would be amazing.

The last time we saw Christa she was lying through her teeth to save Clementine from what seemed like bandits.
Any 'bitchyness' before that was probably caused by the fact that she's lost her partner and child through horrible circumstances. I think any lack of niceties on her behalf can be excused since it was, in a way, Clem's fault that Omid died by not keeping her gun close and allowing it to fall in enemy hands. Sure, Clementine isn't really to blame but even a saint isn't going to be able to completely forgive such a mistake that got their love one killed—at least not straight away. I think Christa did well, considering all that.
Yeah, everyone forgives Kenny's outburst, but Christa's coldness towards Clem is completely unacceptable? Huh?
Would love to see both honestly, if they can be written in well enough. If Lilly did comeback, the tension for me would shoot through the roof. With what Kenny just went through Sarita and what happened with Larry in season 1.... Could be a sticky situation. Would not object to seeing it if it did happen.
Christa's return would be like a shining light. Everything in this season has gone wrong. All the deaths, Carver, these Russians, the baby/Rebecca. Christa, to me, would be like a sign of hope. Good things can still happen.

My post wasn't necessarily directed at you. Just pointing out that a huge amount of people seem fine with excusing Kenny's outburst, so I found it incredibly weird to see someone criticising Christa for her reaction to a loved one's death.
I guess it was, I'm just still kinda mad at her for blaming Clem though, because seriously, Clem didn't need a gun to walk two feet in a bathroom she already cleared, the only way someone would bring the gun with them is if they were paranoid or could predict the future, I know I wouldn't have grabbed it. There's a difference between someone having the chance to stop something and someone being to blame for something. Lily on the other hand, it's been two years and I suck at holding grudges.
