Now, I have a strong feeling we will see Christa, I just can't imagine the season ending with her fate still a complete mystery (well then again I suppose that would not be unprecedented in regards to the whole universe as there was that guy in the TV Show whose fate was a mystery for a long time, and whose name I won't spoil).

I don't think she's even been mentioned since the beginning of episode 2
Maybe if it turns out that it was the russians that shot the people at the stream in episode one and not Carver, they might atleast have some information on Christa's fate.
I don't think they forgot, I think the storyline has basically gone cold since they haven't dealt with it the past two episodes and Telltale is thinking 'shit, how can we talk about Christa without it being completely forced and random.'
I just hope she doesn't jump out of the bushes and randomly save them from the Russians. That would be worse than the eagles randomly showing up in the last Lord of the Rings movie.

Too many writers is the problem and also since they switched up all interesting things in episodes 1 & 2 have been dropped and forgotten about. Personally I think the writers that wrote episodes 1 & 2 should write the whole season. They're better IMO

They just stab her in the back of the leg. I don't think they killed her in either scenario, I hope we see her again

Instead of sneaking away I choose too throw that rock and try and distract them too help christa but i still heard gun shots ,thought they shot her
As we have already learned with Kenny, if you don't for a fact see them die, they are probably still alive.

Either way it seems that Christa gets shot in the leg and screams, but that still leaves her fate a mystery which Tell Tale may never reveal.
Even if you help her out, she still screams when one of the bandits shoots her. So I'm guessing we'll see her in episode 5 with a broken leg.
