You could probably get some combat boots or even plain black tennis shoes for his shoes from a thrift store or even places like Walmart. As for the hat, you could but a plain hat of that color, and then show someone the symbol and get it embroidered at a sewing shop.
I'm sure he wear his Calvin Klein underwear.
