I want the Season 2 ending to be more hopeful than depressing (wishful thinking), but with all that has been lost and endured, I think "Enter One" by Sol Seppy would be the perfect song to describe Clementine's journey in season 2.
It could fit in the ending where Clementine enters Wellington. Many bad things happened in her life ("sleep don't visit so I choke on the sun and the days blur into one and the backs of my eyes hum with things I've never done"), she tries to forget them ("peel the scars from off my back, I don't need them anymore") and start a new life ("all my nightmares escaped my head, bar the door, please, don't let them in"). She still remembers Lee and mourns over him, as she thinks that she doesn't respect everything that he taught her ("you were never supposed to leave, now my head's splitting at the seams and I don't know if I can"). But he "hugs" her ("here, beneath my lungs, I feel your thumbs press into my skin again") and "tells" her that it's gonna be okay.

Anadel cover version of "Landslide" by Fleetwood Mac. I would fall in love with that song. Forever.

I say "dead or alive" by bon jovi.
I SWEAR TO GOD WHEN I READ THIS I WAS LISTENING TO THE SONG AND IT WAS AT THAT POINT
I think this one fits the possible finale very good.

plot twist clementine drowned in the river episode 1, and the rest of the season is a test to see where she goes in the afterlife
Bob Dylan's "Blowin' in the Wind" cover by Anadel

It seems like the credits song is already done by Anadel, but I will still bump this thread and say that song might've fit. I absolutely love it.

this would be good, it also would have been good for episode 4 ending
I honestly never thought I would hear this song in a minor key. It really does have a bitter-sweet tone to it which is awesome.
he did a good minor key version of the star spangled banner as well
