Will Pizza And Ice-Cream Happen Right Away?

If said pizza or ice-cream choice is infact a Luke or Kenny choice then do you think it will happen right away? like when the shootout starts we all run for cover, Clem is panicked and doesn't know where to run, Kenny notices the baby and runs to get him, Luke notices Clem isnt behind cover and runs to go grab her, the game goes into slow motion and you see someone point a gun at Kenny and someone point a gun at Luke as they both run, you can only kill one and whichever one you kill will dictate who lives

Okay, I do think that there will be a final choice between Luke and Kenny - but not in a way where you choose who lives. That would make them determinant and that's unfair to both characters who are very important to the storyline (whether you like them or not, they are the major characters behind Clementine).

I think that they'll both survive the shootout (injured, but alive) and there will be a choice where we can choose to help one or the other. For sake of example, we have medicine to treat the wounds of a few people but not everyone. This parallels Lee's decision with the food rations and how it slightly affected his relationships. Offering supplies to one person would help your relationship with them while harming the other. It's not a life or death situation, as they would both continue to live, but it's a choice that would make it very clear as to whom you prioritize.

  • I have a feeling that Tell Tale Games will make it seem like Luke and Kenny died while Clementine escapes the shootout, only to find them alive in Season 3 or 4.

  • If it were to happen early on, it could be after the shoot out where both Mike and Bonnie (or just one of them) are dead and Luke, Kenny, and the baby are alive. We could be given a choice on who you decide to ultimately go with. For example: A badly injured Kenny grabs the baby and tells Clem to come with him while a somewhat injured Luke (and possible Mike OR Bonnie (or neither)) tells Clem to come with him/them.

The fact that the Pizza/Ice Cream choice is one where you simply CANNOT HAVE BOTH, makes me think it could be a drastic decision including two group members (presumably Kenny and Luke), although there has been speculation as to the choice being different (Ex. Save Mike or Bonnie).

The ultimate choice could even be WHICH CLEMENTINE YOU CHOOSE TO BE. Pizza/Ice Cream = Kind and Moral Clem/Rough and Badass Clem.

All in all, I think the choice will come later on and we might have a start-up difficult decision to make in the beginning.

  • I won't be able too live with myself if I abandon Kenny ..... but Luke , Bonnie and Mike = family

  • The medicine stash was high in quantity, Jane said it herself that everyone in the group could use them. I doubt the choice would involve medicine.

I honestly dont think it will be Luke/Kenny, as discussed before by others, many assume we will choose Clems moral rights by protecting the baby or taking care of her self first. That could possibly be the pizza and Ice cream choice, as to if it will happen right away, I think it will atleast 10-20 minutes before the end of the episode. But I guess we just need to wait and see until next week.

  • Does the theory involve the baby dying otherwise?

  • I know. It was just an example. The general idea would be that it's not life or death, but clearly the player chooses a side in that moment and defines their relationships.

  • Well what I think, is that Clem might have a few options throughout such as, giving extra layers of clothing, water/food. Leaving the baby aside to fight walkers for a while. Small things like that scattered across the episode. Those will show her morals. I dont think Clem would have intentions of killing the baby but it could result to that if the baby doesnt get his proper needs. But thats just what I think

  • After the trailer, I start to think that the choice will be survival vs. humanity. Who will your Clementine become? Will she chooce survival or humanity? Pizza or ice cream?
