I'm not really one of the more popular members but I still enjoy talking with some of you, I'm glad so many people are being kind to one another instead of being so hateful this is what makes people like this forum

I'm assuming you weren't as active as you are now before that?

My optic nerve never developed right, so I'm kind of blind (more so in my left eye) and have some other non-eye related problems. Other than that, I'm a pretty normal guy. I like writing, playing video games, and hiking.

I still occasionally trip over things, and I've had 22 years to get used to not having depth perception. Kenny had what? One day? He runs around and shoots like nothing happened!

In all seriousness, they could've googled it...or they could have gone to a blind association and asked a staff-person or client. There's a lot of returning Iraq/Afghanistan vets who lost eyes traumatically, like Kenny.
