Season 3 should have...
An antagonist that sticks around for the entire season. It will be a lot more exciting than the ones that stick for an episode or 2 then die. Something like with the Governor or Negan, but it is a war between Wellington and this other community. Carver had that potential but was killed off early.
What do you guys think about a season-long antagonist?

Yeah, that would be pretty awesome.
I don't want that, season long heroes limit the story.
They should add zombie animals like zombie dogs, like in Resident Evil.

Well tbh, The Stranger was seen/mentioned/heard all of season 1. His car in episode 1 (Lee going to the prison), his car again in episode 2, his voice in episode 3, him in episode 4, and him again in episode 5.
