  • I just didn't think Clementine would say that to Kenny even though Kenny was a D*ck to her

  • Yep. I would have said it too. He's in my asshole book right now.

  • Yea Kenny was being a D*ck that episode i just hope you doesn't die in 205 D:

What you said doesn't make sense chronologically speaking: Kenny lashed out at Clem before Clem called him an asshole, so I guess you mean she did have the right?

I don't think she had the right, but Kenny didn't have the right to lash out at Clem, so I think we're even. :]

  • Rights, rights, everyone is always jammerin on about their fucking rights, he has a right, she has no right. Hate to spoil your fun folks, but you have no rights. We made em up, like the boogieman..

It looked to me like she was giving him some tough love. She was trying to get him to snap out of his self-pity, and she was right. What, Kenny's the only one that can call people names?

  • Of course she has 'the right', she's allowed to say whatever she pleases.

  • Almost a grandpa?! He's not that old, lol.

  • My first play, he wasn't horribly aggressive to me (I didn't cut off Saritha's arm and was overall sympathetic to the situation). WHen you go into the tent, they replace [...] with [Let him talk] so it seemed even more reasonable that that be the way to go. Generally, let them know you're there, give people the space they need, and when they're calmer talk to them.

Asshole or not, I hear Kenny: Leave me alone. Kenny: Lee me alone. Kenny: I SAID LEAVE ME ALONG.

Not sure, but I think he wants to be left alone, so lets not poke him with a stick.

  • Do i think a child has the right to call a adult a asshole... Gee that is a hard one.

    No

  • I think this is a special case.

True, but I know if called one of my parents an 'asshole' when I was 11, I'm pretty sure that's an instant smack accross the face. Now, Clementine isn't Kenny's daughter, so it's a lot more awkward for him to discipline her...

  • The right?. Nobody, let me repeat that, NOBODY is immune in not being called an asshole. Especially in the Walking Dead.

  • True, but that doesn't stop them from killing you.

  • Not at all. Im just saying that Clementine is not just some kid being disrespectful like you see on the street sometimes. She's earned the right to talk to Kenny the way he speaks to her.

Yeah, to put it as an 'intellectualization defense mechasm' - let's just say my father and I have a somewhat antagonistic relationship...

  • Well, she had more right to call him an asshole than he did calling Lilly "she devil", that's for sure...

  • Maybe she does have the right to speak to Kenny as equal now, however from my experience it never ends in the favor of the child.

  • I definitely think she had the right, everyone has been through a lot, Clementine has lost everyone too yet she acted a lot more mature in that situation, I still like Kenny but I don't think he had the right to yell at an 11 year old girl who has been through the same amount as he has and blame her for the death of his girlfriend when it was out of her control I understand he was angry but taking it out on a little girl didn't sit right with me. I chose the I had to shoot Lee option because I wanted him to see that everyone in this game has lost people and that you can't just give up in times like these.

  • Uh no I meant what I said :P

  • Don't worry about, he was sick for a long time.

  • I am irritated that the game doesn't tell you that you're gonna call Kenny an asshole. It really fucks over players who are trying to calm him down with tough love. It was working until Clementine decides to call him an asshole and ruin it.
