  • Kenny's "Speak American, asshole!" and referring to Arvo as a commie actually showed that Telltale didn't completely forget about Kenny's characterization. For Kenny and a lot of people his age, the Cold War never ended.

Kennys random racist attitude throughout this episode was so out of place

  • Not to mention the groveling, vulnerable tone he takes when he begs for Clem and AJ to be taken away from him at Wellington seems completely at odds with the possessive, uber-macho man we knew throughout this Season.

If anything, Kenny would have ranted and raved at the Wellington guard for being a heartless monster and then forced Clem to leave with him as an act of spite.

And the writers couldn't allow that, could they? Even if you choose the "I think you're dangerous Kenny, AJ and I are not safe with you", th

Isn't this the other way around? we see a lot more Jane or luke or anyone hate thread that side against kenny, other than the disilike Kenny or neutral thread, and those who defend Kenny are mostly ignorant for what he has done.

  • It wasn't even an empty threat. Kenny would've shot if Mike and Luke hadn't stepped in.

I agree that everyone else was pretty stupid for not getting ready to leave while Kenny did his thing, but that didn't make Kenny wasting time with Carver any less irresponsible and stupid. And Clem could protect herself just fine too, yet Bonnie, Sarita and Carlos all still stayed near her to look out for her. And how exactly was his injured eye preventing Kenny from walking next to Sarita? He's not blind, he should've literally just walked with her to his right so he could keep an eye on her. I'm sorry, that was a terrible pun. And we saw that his injury didn't make him any less capable as he killed the walkers eating her just fine. If only Kenny killed them before they ate her.

  • Of course we're in the right.

Jane faked the scenario in order to provoke Kenny into showing his instability more clearly (since Clem for whatever reason still has some magic relationship with Kenny), so that Clementine can at least make an informed decision.

For Jane it's about awakening Clem in a way that she was unable to awaken her sister - this is also the explanation for why she doesn't come clean as Kenny is winning, in a last ditch attempt to save herself; this is her redemption.
Jane didn't want this fight to escalate into lethal territory, not until Kenny threw himself at her a second or third time.

When Jane said, while Kenny was outside looking for the baby, to trust her, I had pretty much figured out that AJ was fine, because of Kenny and Jane, Jane's the one who still hadn't betrayed my trust or threatened me.

I made this thread, so yeah my hate of Kenny is a bias, but I don't think Jane was necessarily acting 'evil'and I sure as hell think it was Kenny's fault it escalated to lethal means.

  • The worst thing is that Jane's reckless plan felt so forced. The only reason she had to do that was because the game refused to let Clem just freaking agree with her beforehand, which she had good reason to do.

"No! You can't agree that Kenny's dangerous! Not until he attempts to murder someone! Doesn't matter what he did before, doesn't matter if he left Lee to die or refused to save Clem in Savannah or goaded Lee into killing Ben or abandoned Clem in the herd or tortured Arvo! Only attempted murder, and nothing else, is enough to break the powerful bond that Clem apparently shares with Kenny!" - Telltale Games.
