    The leader?Could be Lilly.She had arguements with Kenny about the leadership.I wouldn't be suprised if Lilly leads such a big camp like Welligton

    I'm kinda hoping they don't have "one leader" maybe a council or something like that, like a democracy or a electorate. Just to show the world that it can be done like that rather than have a dictator.

    I was hopping Lilly would show up and let them get in.Im preety sure she would empathize with Kenny for losing his family and his eye(XD).Also she would care about Clem and the baby.
