What Lee would of really really really really really really done...
Lee would of been able to break up the fight. He was stronger then Kenny and beat him up easily on the train.
He would of bitch slapped the knife out of Janes hand and forced her to explain what happened to the baby.
After getting the baby he would of took Clem and AJ to wellington giving the finger to both Crazy ass Jane and psycho Kenny as they walked away.
At Wellington Lee would of flirted with the guard lady with his mystified voice getting Himself, AJ, and Clem into Wellington.
Lee would be Crowned leader of Wellington which would soon become a thriving community under his leadership.
Lee would of then gave a green light to a scientific team who invent a vaccine to walker bites.

But seriously though, he would have done the same thing as Kenny if he were alive. Think about it,
Lee would have had no second thoughts about sacrificing his safety if it meant Clem and AJ would be safe at Wellington.

Or actually Lee could've held Bonnie back when she tried to run towards Luke, if you choose to cover him. Then he would've had enough time to get out and EVERYONE WOULD BE HAPPY.

One little thing I want to add to your list. Well, two actually.
Why does that have to be an alternate universe? Apparently he can just come back, no explanation, and say "I got lucky, real lucky." It's totally possible. I mean, we didn't see him die onscreen or anything...
My Lee would beaten Arvo worse than Carver beating Kenny or Kenny beating Arvo. Then Mike would try to stop him, Kenny then comes in and beats up Mike.
Lee would not only avoid Mike, Clem and Bonnie trying to get to that raccoon. He would save its entire family and institute a Worldwide Fund For The Saveguard Of The Raccoons.
Lee would not only kill Arvo after shooting Clem. He would condamn every Russian who he would come across.
Lee would not let Bonnie and Mike go away with the supplies. He would choke Bonnie with a pillow. While beating Mike. And kicking Arvo into the truck yelling "I've saved the mattress for you".
Lee would not shoot Kenny. He would hit Jane so hard that she would forget about Luke and all her past, running away in the snow and begging a walker to eat her alive.
Lee would not surrender in front of Wellington. He would say that he has "the cure" and make them accept Clem, AJ and Kenny. Then he would show them his arm/his cut off arm and prove that he is immune because history teachers are immune.
Lee would not put Clem in the rear seat of a car after she was shot. He would tell Kenny to drive as fast as he can, put Jane in the car's boot without having her say a single word, lower the front seat and create an ambulance to keep Clem safe. Then he would hug her and make sure she feel so warm that Clem's dream would be set on a Hawaii beach.
Lee would not only save Luke breaking the thin ice with a punch and grabbing him back to safety. He would use the tool Jane gave to Clem to break all the ice between them and the walkers, causing them to have a proper #icebucketchallenge.
Lee would not try to divide Jane and Kenny. After listening about the child, he would say "I don't believe you" and leave Kenny fighting with Jane. The fight would end 30 seconds later, as Lee would find the baby helped by Clem.
Lee would not race Clem to the top. He would just hold Clem's hand and both would run towards safety.
Lee would not only find Christa, but he would even manage to find her baby.
Well that went somewhere I didn't expect.

My Lee and Kenny were very good friends..He'd restrain Kenny and then ask explanation from Jane..Once he'd found out jane's plan,I think he would give her a "warning"
We didn't see Kenny die onscreen, if that's what you're getting at.
To be real, Kenny always had a chance to make it out. A slim one, but it was there.
Tyreese did it, hell, even Lee did it in the exact same Episode. Rick has done it.
It is possible to survive it, but a better explanation would have been good indeed.

Season 2 Ep 3, Lee would have used his diplomatic charm to convince Carver's minions to join them and take over Howe's Hardware together.

My Lee would have shot Kenny, leave Jane with Clem and AJ to Wellington, and then Wellington says they don't have room, and then Lee begs them to take Clem and AJ in, Lee says goodbye and hugs Clementine, walks away OR, Clem doesn't go to Wellington and walks into the sunset with Lee..........
THE FEELS.......
I'd love to see Kenny and Lee together one last time. :')
