The Walking Dead episode 2 not working [black screen]

Hello I bought yesterday Season2 on Steam.
My PC has the system requirements for the game.
With the first episode I had no problems ...

At the start of TWD-S2 I get a black screen.
My system is as frozen. Ctrl + Alt + Del has no effect and the only option that remains for me is reset.

Here's what I've tried:

  • Steam Files checked

  • run In windowed mode (starting option in Steam "-windowed")

  • run As admin

nothing helped

  • A gamepad is not connected.

  • There are no savegames because it has never worked.

Can anyone help me?

    ....found the solution on a Steam Topic... it seems to be my Comodo firewall!

    Here it is:

    1. Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
    2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
    3. Uncheck Load Startup Items
    4. Select the Services tab
    5. Check Hide all Microsoft services
    6. Click Disable all
    7. If running the game on Steam, re-check the "Steam Client Service"
    8. Click on OK
    9. Click Restart.
    10. After reboot, run the game to see if it works.

    if it works, then start one program and restart, keep doing it untill TWD wont start, the last program you activated is the one causing the problem. (or you could try deactivating comodo imidantly if you also have it)

    After performing the necessary steps, restore your settings by doing the following:

    Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
    On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
    Click Ok
    Click Yes, when asked to restart your computer

    Thats it!
