The Stranger was creepy because he kidnapped a little girl in the apocalypse. Sure, we knew his true intentions were to raise her as his own daughter, but don't tell me that you didn't think this guy was a pervert of some sort when you first saw him. As for Crane, the whole Snow sex fantasies. Hell, even Snow called him a creep, along with Bigby.
