Hello so.... ive noticed alot of Mass effect fans on here recently and decided to make this because I was bored and wanted to have a fun thread where people can hang out and have some laughs . It can be memes, gifs, favorite lines in the game, mass effect 4 news, or you're favorite moments in the games. Pretty much it can be about anything mass effect related. I am but I thought I heard them say they did a "survey" and the "fans" said they dont want Quarians or Krogan in they next game, also it feels like they might try and make it a MMO. I hope they dont ruin it because I love the series.

Maybe he was real but everything after the building was originally hit was just reaper influence.
Hmm... I think he was real, and then the guilt of seeing the kid be killed manifested itself in Shepards mind in such a way that the Reapers were able to manipulate it.

Destroy. I absolutely loved the Geth and Edi by the end of Mass Effect 3, and hated to think of them being killed off, but I only feel like in destroying the Reapers we get a literal end to the cycle. IMO Synthesis is what the Reapers they always wanted as they can eventually control all the hybrid synthetic-organic life. Control is still good for them because even if a human controls them, who's to say they can't eventually over come Shepards control and restart the cycle?
But, that's a huge debate, so, sorry if I offended.

Oh no I absolutely agree with you, I chose destroy. I fealt if this was real or even a test im sticking with my goal. I still wonder about the reapers and their flawed reasoning, the leviathans created them for peace but... to end war you need a Hitler like final solution? It didnt right but another question I had was if you chose the "fuck you" option would husks be used in the next cycle like Collectors? Still a great franchise.
I choose destroy ending too and I'm glad I did because it's the only one where Shepard lives.
I feel like destroy is canon.

Why isn't there an option to pick both in the "which Shepard do you play as" poll? :[
I think whomever survives the longest in this cycle would become the next 'Collectors', since its safe to assume the Protheans were the smartest/longest living race of that particular cycle. So IMO I think it would probably be the Asari or Turians whom would be next. Maybe they'd continue with the mixed enemies we face in the game.
But yeah, Destroy was perfect IMO. Synthesis was just too good to be true, and Control was referred as the ultimate renegade ending. I agree 100% Shepard was indoctrinated, and ended up beating the Reapers if they Destroy them.

Yeah I could see Mauraders or Banshees being collectors. For the endings I feel like destroy was the best, synthesis was what the reapers wanted for all will to stop, control was proved it couldnt happen by the TIM and the rejection ending is just BS.

Tali was super cute. Ash is a character I like because of her moral beliefs etc., she reminds me a lot of myself. Except the xenophobia, I would love to meet all the aliens, but if I'd been in the same predicament as Ash with her family's lineage and past, I'd feel a bit upset about past events.
