I had a friend tell me about this game. I was not much into the whole 'fairytale' idea but gave it a try. I'm glad I did. It introduced me to a whole new world and idea of the stories we all grew up with. Also, the comics which I had NO IDEA exsisted until this game.
I loved Georgie. Yes, he was an ass but I fell in love with this douchebag British pimp in episode 2; he was fun to interact with and push around. I've had MANY debates over this guy (civil ones) XD All the characters were wonderful; the style was brilliant and I had fun playing it.
I was participating A LOT in the 'Create your own Fable' thread when I 1st began. Other topics would follow.
As far as users go, there are a few; they know who they are. @JJWolf lives in my home town, so this fool and I talk all lthe time both on and off the computer.
I loved this game. Here is to a 2nd season and DLC.
A fantastic comment, Porgie. I am glad that you are a part of the forums, of course. No doubt about it!
I never really read the Fables comics (or comics in general) prior to playing Wolf, but the story was pretty stellar - even by Telltale standards. The characterization was extremely strong, and the atmosphere of the game was pretty grand as well with the art style and the soundtrack. Gameplay wise, I thought the mystery novel style of choice making was pretty cool, although I was hoping for more gameplay.
It will definitely go down as one of my favorite Telltale series - even more so than the Walking Dead. I'm definitely down for Season 2, DLC, or whatever Telltale hopefully has up their sleeves.
I only got into this game because it was a Telltale game. But from the very beginning I was hooked onto the noir feeling of the game, the dark plot, and even the artwork and soundtrack. It was a great experience since I had enjoyed it much more than Walking Dead s2. Hope to see Telltale give us a DLC if not a full season.
I saw the advertisment one day while online. I took a chance and am very greatful I did. The characters are fun, the style is wonderful and the plot COULD have been better but it was still enjoyable.
I joined this site out of not only boredom but the love for the game. @pudding_pie has been a wonderful friend both off and on the internet; the other contributers on the 'creat your own fable' have been wonderful and a blast to talk to.
I'm hoping for a DLC soon and maybe a 2nd season. #TeamGren
Thank you for the responses, all! Hopefully more people will come to share their thoughts. In my opinion, it's always nice to see other people's input on things.
I just joined like last week so idk brah
Hope there's another season or at least a DLC, I have a self debate if I like TWAU or TWD more...
You have missed quite a lot, broham.
I dunno what there is to miss really other then release hype and waiting for the next episodes.
If there isn't a season 2 or at the very least dlc I'm gonna be like bigby
They can't do this! They have not release the Vita edition yet! >_<
Hey a fellow Vita played. :P apparently it's coming in October.
