I actually feel like tthey should've kept this death instead of making him determinant. If they weren't actually going to do ANYTHING with him, his first death is much more eventful.
They could've made his determinant one impact things. I like the idea another person had of him pushing Sarah back up onto the deck but getting killed by walkers. Of course it'd be meh because Sarah would probably get shot in the shootout but his arc seemed like heshould do anything that would make Uncle Pete proud of him
