Android (possible ep 5) Update Breaks Game
I just got the latest update for the walking dead season 2 on my Google Nexus 7 2013. And now that its updated the game does not work, it gets stuck on a download scene saying "downloading 0mb of 0mb". @telltale any help with this would be great! Thanks
P.s is this Android ep 5 update?

OK I got the second new update that fixes the last and now the game loads and ep 5 is available, but when I select it, it says can't connect to network and won't let me download!
Oh Telltale you can't make this stuff up. Another episode, another wait, another disaster. Same here, game is useless, won't open. Paying customers hosed while the pirates are playing happily.
The biggest joke is that once they "fix" it then the "fix" won't work!! We can see it now say available, but can't get it!! Feels like us android users are being deliberately toyed with!!!!! Frustrating to say the least!!
+1 I just updated and it says network unavailable when trying to download the update from within the app.
I've got to say, the android support has been pretty atrocious. I will definitely not buy another episodic game like this for Android from Telltale until the whole thing is released.
OK, so basically what I think happened is somebody stupid released an update early (that broke the game), then they quickly updated it again so it wasn't completely broken- still no E5 though. Worst support ever TT.
Doesn't work on note 3 either says no Internet connection

Yea same here jus updated from the play store and then went into the game saw that episode 5 was available for download an went to download it but it says your not connected to the Internet but i am......plz patch this telltale you guys rock and i love these games!!!!!! I need to find out how clem is plz..... im on my note 3

I thought there wasn't a release date announced yet? Maybe it's like the Xbox thing where a few days before release it shows that you may download it, but it doesn't allow you to do it. Of course, this sounds a bit more serious.
I had same as chronos328. If I play another season it will not be until entire season is released.
Like @dojo32161 said shortly before release Xbox users had a similar bug where it appeared to let people download the game but they weren't able to because it wasn't officially released yet, they could be getting things ready for the official release so keep a eye on Telltale's Twitter, Facebook or Blog for news about a release date.
