This shows Telltale listens to its fans, many of us asked for hub areas where we could interact with the characters which they dismissed in the first half of this season completely.

The part where you save Luke from drowning and convince Mike and Bonnie not to leave with the shitbird, and when you get Kenny and Jane to stop fighting by not killing either of them.
In Season 1, the final scene with Lee and Clem. Not too "original" but it was a great scene none the less. And Clem reuniting with Kenny again. Also the first scene with Carver.
I really liked the conversations with Pete and Nick from the beginning of A House Divided. They did a good job of humanizing those characters, on top of being pretty memorable.

The camp fire scene... You know the part just before Telltale decided to take all the people that we liked and tossed them into an industrial meat grinder...
The best moment for me was Clem reuniting with Kenny, I remember how anxious I was to find out who Clem and the gang were going to meet up with in the second episode! I also loved having my Clem as a badass when you first meet up with Luke's group in episode one and they think your bitten.
